Worst customer service ever They don’t care if you are a

Worst customer service ever They don’t care if you are a Loyal customer All they care is your name. They don’t want to honor any offers or coupons that they give you m. Scott service manager is arrogant and thinks he knows more than you. He said that he wanted to educate me lol which to me it’s was funny. You go school to get educated not a deslership. Jesús Rosario is just not friendly. He said it would take 60 minutes that have a tire changed but instead it took 3 1/2 hours . Nobody care. I sorry to say this dealership needs some sore of coaching from Dodge Corporate offices. They also have a sign where it says “ we only use synthetic oil “ ever since when Dodge decided to only use synthetic oil for all of their vehicles. I think the manager decided to do that just so they can charge more money. Just stay away from this please. Go somewhere else. They will make you feel like you are a problem if you complaint about what they are doing wrong

Took my Gladiator in for an oil change had a minor issue I took it down on the file on Monday and everything was resolved in minutes very very pleased with the way Scott handled it very very good thank you

The customer team at Lilliston was extremely excellent during my recent scheduled service on my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. They delivered what they promised in a timely manner. The mechanic servicing my vehicle was very thorough performing a multi-point inspection too.

Just had warranty work performed on my 2019 Ram truck at Lilliston Dodge, Millville NJ... Mike Bucca is great at what he does, and Jason, the mechanic is, I think one of the best mechanics I know. I highly recommend them for any repairs to your Mopar product, you will not be disappointed.
