Jonathan Leyh represents them well, interested in Ford Performance, part of the local enthusiast set and organizes events at the dealership for the local animal shelter. I'm so happy to have found this dealership. After moving here from Baltimore, the genuinely freindly yet professional folks were very refreshing. Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email dealer. You email and inquire on their site and you do not get prompt responses if any response at all. While you are waiting for a response to numerous emails you have sent regarding a certain vehicle, you will receive form emails from Angie Long asking. "Am I emailing too much?, I'm here to answer any questions you have". Yet, you never get an answer to availability or price. After over a week of numerous emails to them , you will finally get an email that the vehicle is no longer there. They are constantly putting cars up for sale on their site that are not for sale, but that have been sent to auction due to Maryland's strict inspection policy. These cars remain on their site even long after they are gone. Very poor internet sales department, very poor customer service.
