Service is still a joke as well as upper management!

Service is still a joke as well as upper management! Was asked to call about my poor review go a direct number. Left a message 3 days ago. Crickets and you wonder why your dealership sucks 😂

The service department is worse then sales.

The service department is worse then sales. I was forced to buy a service package and this is the second time I have had to have my car fixed by someone else after my “service” such a waste of time.

Rj is the best

Me and my wife bought a 2019 Kia Sorento and ri is the best he communicated with me through the whole process and we signed the paperwork last night 2/14/2022 and he’s been wonderful to us I had no issues thanks to rj and his team for helping us looking forward to the car tomorrow rj you are the best and thanks again man I appreciate it

Bought a used car from Mike last weekend. Guy was a great salesman. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Made the time fly by and address any concerns we had about the vehicle and sales process. We then spoke with one of the service members and I apologize I don't remember his name, but he was very thorough and went through all of the service packages and extra warranties we could get as well as the price difference between them all. We lastly worked with Dustin in finance to get our car financed and he was awesome as well. Had us signed and driving home in no time and spent time to answer any questions we had in an easy to understand way so we weren't left confused about anything. Overall A+ experience and would easily recommend anyone thinking of buying a car to check them out and see if they have a car you are looking for. Definite great dealership!!!

buying a used vehcile

I had all intentions of buying a Honda civic. Sales manager was extremely rude. lost the sale and vehicle still on lot a week later.

This was actually the worst customer service I ever...

This was actually the worst customer service I ever received. Not from the original sales person but the manager. The Manager showed me a price 4000 more than the internet basically never sat down on his seat. Complex rude I would have bought it if he met me on the middle basically he lost a sale for 3000 dollars and the car is still on the lot not a very good salesman

Never will use this dealership again

When I bought my car in 2014, signed contract and all with gap and extended warranty. Got a call couple days later, and they stated they found a way to lower my payments. They wouldn't tell me at that time what they were going to do. I went in there and they removed gap insurance and extended warranty. How is this ethical or legal?
