Lebanon Ford recently REFUSED to perform service on My

Lebanon Ford recently REFUSED to perform service on My BRAND NEW 2024 F250 with only 900 miles. This Truck has a service bulletin from FORD instructing Dealers to replace the "Dummy HUB" on the passenger front a Functional Hub.. and to add vacuum lines if needed. I spoke with Service Advisor Chad.. then his supervisor Kyle requesting to schedule an appointment to have this work completed..as directed by the FORD TSB. Both Chad and Kyle basically told me to go pound sand and to get lost - they blatantly refused honor the TSB from Ford and complete the work.... I own 5 Fords.. and NEVER will I take one to this low class outfit again. The other local Ford Dealer completed the work.. NO PROBLEMS. STAY AWAY FROM LEBANON FORD!!!

Service Advisor Shelby told us to go back home mobile

Service Advisor Shelby told us to go back home mobile tech will be out to the house...$185 was charged to look at the 2019 ford edge rear hatch...$207 had to be paid upfront...said $185 would be credited to the repair which was a $99 latch which they of course charged double said it would be a hour and half repair but only was a 15min repair so the tech sit in our car for another 15min while my wife watch from security camera so when she walked out he jumped out and said all done...then they charged $362 more this mobile tech garbage is a ripoff and so is the Lebanon Ford

Definitely a place to get ripped off in the service department Shelby is not a up front service representative over $562 for a $99 rear liftgate latch is a bit much...and never agree to a mobile tech deal

I had been in the market for a nice used truck when I came upon a listing at Lebanon Ford. After a trip to the dealership and talking with Bryan Pence I was able to purchase a nice used well kept F-150. Bryan was great to work with! Thanks again!!

Lebanon Ford has an unique variety of cars and trucks

Lebanon Ford has an unique variety of cars and trucks available on their lot. Their service was friendly and efficient. Tanner our sales associate was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Will be back to this dealership in the future to purchase other vehicles.

Incredible service.

Incredible service. Trisha from the moment I walked made the process from test driving, to purchasing amazing. I typically dread walking into dealerships (like most people) but couldn't recommend this dealership enough. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile if you have to!
