They got me right in and I only waited about 45 minutes. I usually go to the 10 minute oil change place, but I had a coupon.

I will be back, but I can’t recommend after my last few visits. I appreciate the shuttle service, but I hate that what’ should be an hour to two at the most, takes the entire day. Im disappointed that i asked about checking out why my vehicle seems to pull left with initial braking. So far i’ve put on tires, swaybars, shocks, struts, front end alignment, etc. and I still have the problem. This vehicle was in for an oil change and tire pressure sensor less than a month ago ago. They didn’t have the pressure sensor. They are supposed to do a so many point inspection, which includes brakes, and nothing was mentioned about the brakes. Today after having the vehicle for 6 hours to install tire pressure sensors they call and tell me that my brakes are almost metal to metal and that they wanted to keep the vehicle overnight and drive it and charge me a diagnostic fee. I asked that they finish the pressure sensors and let me come get it as I can do brakes. I get there to pickup the vehicle and the cashier mentioned that I should keep an eye on the brakes. They said they that they recommend brakes when pads get to 3 milliliters, but mine weren’t there yet. However, an hour earlier i was told they were almost metal on metal. I’ve enjoyed working with Bush-for many years, but I’m beginning to second guess the credibility of the service department and i hate being lied to😡. If when replace these brakes, I find that they are not too bad, I may not be back!

Asked about the used tires that were on the vehicle I bought. Was told they were good enough. When I was there to get my oil changed they said I don't have much on my tire tread left.
