Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever!! Dishonest!! Had my car for a month, no communication, was overcharged the quote amount by $800, unacceptable!!! What car dealership takes a month to repair anything?? Will never go back and will never recommend this dealership in the future.

On December 23, 2024, I had my 2020 GMC Acadia serviced

On December 23, 2024, I had my 2020 GMC Acadia serviced for an Oil Change. Upon completion, I started getting an intermittent Check Engine Light. I drove the vehicle to Florida and returned to Ohio last week. Check Engine came on the way down and the way back. No issues with the performance. I scheduled an appointment today to be told that the engine oil was low. I asked if it was leaking since I had an Oil change in December. They stated that the low engine oil was normal wear. Charged me $135 with no conclusion and wanted to charge $245 for further diagnosis. Up until now, I have been very satisfied with Bush Auto Place but I am convinced that they caused this issue and gave me absolutely no confidence that my satisfaction was their concern.

Accident free

I saw a used Corolla on their website. The pictures were deceiving. Once I made the trip to the dealership. The hood did not open properly, when checking the engine. It kept getting stuck. I saw a date, written in black sharpie, on the plastic radiator reservoir, the ones you see on salvage parts. Even the seams around the hood had gray primer showing through. In several spots. I asked the sales person if the car had been in a wreck? He referred back to the CarFax report. And said according to the report it’s accident free. I then open the trunk lid. Same thing. Gray primer around the seams. It doesn’t open smoothly. The sales person gets defensive and wants to argue. I ask him how long he’s been selling cars. He tells me five years. I explain to him very clearly, I’m not interested in buying a car involved in an accident. At all. There’s another Corolla on their lot. I ask about it. He has me test drive it. I go through it. Then he tells this Corolla was in an accident(CarFax report) I’m not happy now. If a customer tells you, they don’t want to buy a car involved in an accident, would you let them test drive a car that’s been in an accident. A waste of time. I’m not from Wilmington, so I don’t know their reputation with the locals. This dealership has low quality used inventory. Two wrecked vehicles. Maybe some people don’t mind buying vehicles involved in accidents. The sales person was smug too. And he, in all his five year experience, tried like heck, to convince me the car hadn’t been in an accident because the CarFax report was clean. Instead of trying to find a vehicle accident free. I could test drive. Do they actually stock accident free used cars? My experience was the typical sleazy used car sales person. If you not from Wilmington, don’t bother driving out. You’ll be disappointed. Trust me. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships before. This one is by far the worst.

Bad service dept Bush Auto in Wilmington O

They falsely claimed that they had driven my vehicle to diag the issue. The odometer was the same mileage when I picked it up as when I dropped it off. The repair I was given when they gave me my copy at pickup stated they had driven to test drive and even listed an inflated number for the odometer reading at pickup time. If they would like about this, I can't be expected to believe the service department is honest about all else.

Sales rep.

I had the worst experience in there today. With Noah he was rude. When I asked a question he would say what you dont believe me. Just cause i wanted to see the actually paper work drawn up. I came in loved the 2012 Chevy traverse. Decided to try financing it. Then we was going to offer 5,000 cause it was only a 6,886 car. He was really unprofessional about that question. His looks and attitude. Just made us get up and leave without signing paperwork. He called me and I said I will just take my business else where you are rude. But made me feel like a xxx like saying they did us a favor and a bunch of BS. Def. Not going back there.

Poor Customer Service

Found a used truck, negotiated a sales price, put $1000 down got approved to purchase only to be told the truck needed inspected and then couldn’t be sold because items were deleted from the emissions. Truck was a one owner and had been serviced for years thru their shop. Salesman even said it was good to go and had the sold as is sticker in the window. Overall very poor customer service and will not deal with them any longer.
