Sales rep.

I had the worst experience in there today. With Noah he was rude. When I asked a question he would say what you dont believe me. Just cause i wanted to see the actually paper work drawn up. I came in loved the 2012 Chevy traverse. Decided to try financing it. Then we was going to offer 5,000 cause it was only a 6,886 car. He was really unprofessional about that question. His looks and attitude. Just made us get up and leave without signing paperwork. He called me and I said I will just take my business else where you are rude. But made me feel like a xxx like saying they did us a favor and a bunch of BS. Def. Not going back there.


Poor Customer Service

Found a used truck, negotiated a sales price, put $1000 down got approved to purchase only to be told the truck needed inspected and then couldn’t be sold because items were deleted from the emissions. Truck was a one owner and had been serviced for years thru their shop. Salesman even said it was good to go and had the sold as is sticker in the window. Overall very poor customer service and will not deal with them any longer.

Nice place.

It's a nice place to shop for a new or used vehicle. Easy to work with. Friendly and courteous staff. They had what we were after at a good price.

Husband and I took a day off work and drove 3 hours one way to test drive a 2017 GMC Terrain with 66k miles I was advised went through an “extensive inspection” and had “no issues“. Luke in sales points out the “capless” gas tank when we get there (we looked it up...definitely NOT a capless tank) and sends us on the road. Remote start didn’t function, during test drive check engine light came on, also traction control light, a “Service Stabilitrack” light, and car was vibrating like a sketchy carnival ride. They say let’s see if we can work the trade and we’ll fix the car and bring it to you...then tried to give us $5200 on a car KBB rates at $7k in good condition taking $800 off for an intermittent rear back up camera repair (which the salesperson already KNEW about going in) and a $10 bumper clip. We left. What a colossal waste of time...save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.

Husband bought a new truck and I bought a used SUV

I found a used SUV on the website and contacted sales rep Justin Evans to schedule an appointment to check it out. While we were there, he started working with my husband to track down a 2020 Chevy Duramax. The original one we found wasn’t available so he worked for two more days to find the perfect truck for my husband. The service was great and we ended up getting two awesome vehicles at Bush. Justin made the buying process effortless.
