I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Set for 2pm. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in. After waiting an hour I inquired about the progress. I was then informed that the service had been delayed but no one bothered to tell me. They said because of my model that it wouldn’t fit on their designated oil change lift. So they were waiting on another lift to open up. I continued to wait because I had no options at this point. Finally got finished two hours later. I payed and got in and drove toward home. I could tell that the vehicle was getting extra air through the air intake. I pulled over, raised the hood and could see the breather cover was not fastened to the air box. Had to turn around and go back so they could attach it properly. I’m so frustrated that they didn’t do a good job for one and they took two hours and didn’t inform me of the situation.

We were ready to turn in a lease on a Hyundai Tucson and we were just kinda looking around at what was available on the lot. I called Bradley in Franklin since the lot I was on was busy. Taylor answered my call. So glad she did. We headed down to Bradley and met Taylor and she showed us what was there. We couldn't afford the first choice, even though I loved the car, but Taylor was able to get the car we found up on the other lot brought down. Short story, we bought our Malibu through Taylor. She was so good to work with. Even if we were old and a bit picky, she took the time to satisfy our wish list. Thank you Taylor for your excellent help. I've purchased now 5 vehicles off of Bradley's lot in the past. And even now, we are very satisfied.
