This service center is incredible. They always get our vehicle in quickly, communication is top notch and getting us back out the door is quick as well. The techs let us know if they see anything else that is not on our original list and help us decide when a good time is to handle it. We have 3 vehicles now that go through this dealer service center which is further from home but definitely worth the drive for us to stay on the road. Way to go Hubler Service Shelbyville, IN. They are liars & will manipulate your final sales documents adding warranties you say you don't want. Give you an out the door price minus trade in price & then not give the trade in price they say. Completely unprofessional xxxxx! Do not go there!

I ended up at Hubler Ford in Shelbyville, Indiana under pretty stressful circumstances. I was in the middle of a 10-hour road trip, traveling alone, when the car I was driving completely gave up. Instead of simply renting a car and finishing the trip, I decided to see what Hubler had available—and that’s how I ended up buying a 2021 Ford Explorer. Will was my salesman, and he was GREAT. Helpful, patient, kind, and exactly the person you want helping you when you’re stranded far from home and trying to make a big decision unexpectedly. Austin in finance was equally amazing. Those two alone are worth the trip to Hubler. They worked with me, got everything handled, and got me back on the road. What impressed me even more was how helpful Will and Austin continued to be after the sale. Will even went back to my trade-in after the fact to retrieve something I had accidentally left behind. Austin also stepped up in a big way when I had an issue with the Explorer shortly after purchasing it, and I truly appreciated how much he cared about making sure I was taken care of. I did have one disappointing interaction with the sales manager when I called about that immediate issue. He was impatient and not particularly helpful, and I’m still waiting on the return call I was told would come within 10 minutes. That was frustrating, especially after such a positive buying experience. That said, I don’t want one interaction to overshadow how fantastic Will and Austin were. They made a stressful, unexpected situation so much easier and made me feel confident about my decision. Hubler Ford is lucky to have both of them. I would absolutely recommend asking for Will and working with Austin—you’ll be in great hands.

For the work that was done, I fell like the cost was way too high !

They repaired my tire less than a week prior to me having to take my vehicle back to them due to them not putting the new tire on correctly. They had to replace the tire again and refused to give a loaner vehicle or to come get the vehicle that was not drivable due to their poor workmanship. Sad that we spent so much there and get terrible customer service.
