Contact hubler ford looking for a certain vehicle Got

Contact hubler ford looking for a certain vehicle Got a return call from Jennifer asking what I was looking (Jennifer was the only pleasant thing about this dealership) Hour later I get another call about the car I was looking for they didn’t have one on the lot but Austin assured me they would get one and asked to set up an appoint to look at it. Appt was 4:30-5pm. So we drop 70 miles to look at the car and more than likely purchase. We get there about 4:45 ask for Austin he comes up greets us and once to lead me out to look at and test drive the next lower version. I then asked is the car not here? He goes over to the desk assume asking his manager I heard him to have me cover the invoice/info sheet. Austin comes back I asked again is the car not here the manager from across them in his snarky attitude says it’s 500 miles away and they could get here that fast. I look at him and made it clear that I wasn’t happy about a 70 mile drive to pick up the car and it was not here! I made it clear when they called to set up appt if the car was not going to be there to let me know before I made the trip. (Of course no call) As a side note the original rep I made contact with was pulled off and given to Austin since she didn’t an appointment made as far as i am concerned she was the only one that did the right thing. A little honesty would have gone a lot farther with me. If you can the car until the next day or two that’s fine. Don’t just make an appointment because it meets some sort of quota put in place. Consider this person not to be a Huber ford customer-ever. Number of star on this Zero or -stars

Tom, I do sincerely apologize that you drove to the store with the expectation that the maverick would be here. Austin did provide a phone call to you around lunch time to discuss the options and pricing of the one we found for you, as we cannot purchase a unit just to bring it here for you to look at. When he was going over these options, you let him know that you were driving and couldn't talk and would call back once you were to your location. We wanted to verify that this maverick would work for you and then we would work on getting it here, and if we could not do that by our time slotted appointment, we would have let you know that. I would be glad to see if we can make some sort of arrangement for you to not have to drive back down here while still getting what you want, if you want to give me a call at the store. He knew what I wanted and I asked if the car would be there. He state that his manager said he would make it happen and it would be there. I also stated if the car was not going to be there to call and let me know. sorry you have burned this sale, I will work with another dealer who can communicate.

Don’t trust this dealership!

Bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 have had nothing but problems with it. This is the third time there with the same problem . Was told that all parts to be replaced have to be approved by sales .

Hubler Ford Shelbyville ~ AMAZING!!!!

We went to Hubler Ford in Shelbyville last week to look at a 2013 Ford Edge Sport and had the distinct pleasure of meeting with Tony Ahlbrand! Tony is AMAZING and we felt like we had known him for years! Tony and Bill and the team @ Hubler Ford made us feel like family. Tony took great care of us and while it was bittersweet, I traded in my 2002 Ford Escape XLT aka the "Emerald" that I had for 20 years and we bought the 2013 Ford Edge Sport that I fell in love with! The process was so laid back and smooth and Tony made sure we were well taken care of. We have been Ford Family for a very long time and we LOVE our Fords! We are proud to be Hubler Ford family now and will continue our business with them in the future!!!! Love love love my Edge aka the "Onyx"!!!! We went to Hubler Ford in Shelbyville last week to look at a 2013 Ford Edge Sport and had the distinct pleasure of meeting with Tony Ahlbrand! Great Finance Manager!

Brandon Reed was our finance manager and he show us several different was to save money for future repairs and made a few phone calls right in front of us giving the banks a hard time about getting us the best rate possible which he did! Also he was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions which we had so many lol being our first F-150. Evan after a couple of days he called us to see if we had any follow up questions which I have to say I had never had that happen before so needless to say I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone that looking for not just a good vehicle but great service!

Very poor service deptarment!!!!

Have had my escape 2017 there on 2 different days and my car is still not fixed!!!still under warranty! Guess I will never return to this dealership, for service. Just bad service all together!!!!! Will go to another dealership for service. Would not recommend shelbyville hunker to anyone for service!

It sucked.

We bought a vehicle that looked great and ran great and 5 days later it all went to pot and has been nothing but huge repairs. We are at $4000 in repairs on a $18k plus vehicle.

Great Experience

I drove from Cincinnati to and was treated great. This was by far the best experience i ever had buyong a car. My salesman was excellent and was attentive to my needs. Hubler is not like other dealers by getting you in the door and saying the was already sold, which happen to me several times. I am please with my purchase ans will tell anyone looking for a vehicle or motorcycle to check out Mr.Rivera at Hubler Ford. Thanks again Arthur
