Ever get that feeling that you're just not quite sure if you are doing the right thing? That is the feeling that I had when my husband and stopped by to look at cars at Hubler Ford. Within a minute, Gavin McNicholas was by our side. He was warm, friendly and immediately asked if he could help. I was not only showed the car I came in to look at, but was given several different opitons of what I might be able to get. When the time came to finally decide on or if a new car was viable, there was no pressure and again I was given options. Options of the car I chose, and options on payments. I gave them a figure I would be comfortable with, and they came up with one less. You can't beat a dealer that really works for you. Hubler Ford is that dealer. This is the second Ford product that we have bought off of Justin and we are just as satisfied with the way we were treated this time as the way we were treated last time. He is fun and quick at what he does. We will continue to send friends and family to Justin because of the way he treated us and the way he treated our daughter when she bought her car as well. Justin was fantastic to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and was full of energy. He did a great job teaching us the ins-n-outs of our new Ford Fusion. The sales process was quick and all of the managers were very friendly and great to deal with. If you go to Hubler Ford in Shelbyville make sure you ask for Justin Davis!

Justin hooked us up with a super nice camaro! We absolutely love it. He also got racing stripes put on the car before we even got there to pick it up!

2011 Escape for me accompanied by husband. Had 2004 Toyota Matrix as tradein. I did all of the advance research on pricing, gas milage, & car specs/info for 3 car choices - Toyota Matrix, Ford Focus, & Ford Escape. Test drove all 3 & comparing the comfort, handling, value for the dollar (all close in price w/tradein), plus the small difference in the gas milage, I preferred the Escape (even with $4 gal gas). Then gathered dealer prices with two Ford dealers close to home. Lastly went to Hubler Shelbyville on the advice of a friend who got a good deal there. Justin gave me a price that was quite a bit below the others, plus the car has 4 wheel drive, which the others did not; all had same options. For the first time in buying a new car, I felt that Justin was sincerely working to get me the best deal without the old fakeout of spending 15-20 minutes "talking with the manager"! He's so pleasant, energenic & upbeat. Financing - In advance I called local banks & did online research. We have a high credit rating, but I still figured we'd get about 4%. Charles knows his stuff! He found us 2.9% - Wow! He also was very friendly & so knowledgable. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming & friendly. Even as they passed by us, they smiled & greeted us - nice touch. I hate buying a car, but this was actually a positive experience. Oh....I love my new Ford Escape & the dash computer tells me I am getting 24-25 mpg, not the 20 mpg on the window sticker.

Went in to buy a Ford Focus. They were so nice, and made buying my car very fun. I will send everyone I know to Hubler Ford. Great bunch of people
