I've been a long time customer of Adam's and have always had great experiences, however this time was different because I was looking to purchase my first new vehicle. Keith and John looked all over their lot and found exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely nervous, but with their great personalities and patience I felt comfortable. Amazing Internet Sales! Keith brought my Jeep to me, over an hour away, with all the paperwork! Most pleasurable vehicle buying experience ever, hands down! I didnt have 2 hours invested in getting my new vehicle. No sitting around in a dealership for 3-5 hours trying to work out a deal. I have tried to do deals with NUMEROUS internet sales staff at other dealerships in the past and it is always the same, ohhh come in and we can talk. If I wanted to come in,,, I would not be trying to deal with the internet sales staff! Well this dealership and Keith Cook are different, they were exactly what an internet sales department should be. I will buy here again. Give this dealership a chance, I am sure you will be pleased as well.

I had an amazing erperience at Adams Jeep thanks to Keith Cook. He came in on his day off to help me look at Jeeps. I was so thankful because my work schedule is crazy and he went around that. I have never owned a Jeep before and he went into detail about everything the Jeep had to offer and made sure I knew how to work all of the features. My husband and I wanted to start looking for a jeep. I did my research on what I wanted in my new car. I happened to be down near Adams so I just stopped in. Wen I went in the door I met Keith. I informed him I am looking for a 3rd car. We don't really need one but with a 17 yr son would help a lot. At this time he took me out to where the 2 door jeeps are. As we walked I told him what I was looking for in the jeep. As we walked up to the 2 door jeeps I saw one that I loved the way it looked in the silver I wanted. He walked over to it and said this has everything you want except for the running boards but they can be added very easy. As I looked over the jeep and I asked questions he pointed out things that you would think are standard in a jeep like air condition. He told me that if I did not buy it from them to make sure that and a few other things were in the jeep. They were all things that I thought would have been. After all my questions were answered we walked in and he gave me the best price he could. At this time I reminded him that I would be going to other dealers for the best price. He told me to call if I had any questions. I did look at 4 other dealers. One wanted to sell me a jeep with less on it for $1000.00 more. The 2nd one I gave my specks to and they never got back to me. I guess they are just selling to many jeeps to care. The 3rd one was just rude. And the 4th one came in at the same price. I chose Adams because they never made me feel like I was being pushed or settling for something I really didn't want. I also liked that they informed me about other things to look for when buying the jeep. I have already told my friend who is looking for a jeep about my experience.

Great buying experience, helpful and friendly staff. Prices were great and had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. Would highly recommend and plan to return for future purchases!

I just recently purchased an Unlimited Jeep Wrangler from Adams Jeep of Maryland and cannot express how great of an experience it was. My purchase of a 2014 Cherokee Sport on Monday, Nov. 11th, was handled well by Keith Cook. He was very helpful in explaining my options in the Cherokee models, assisting me in making a final decision, and then in preparing and presenting the financial information necessary. I have been a customer of Adams Jeep since 2003 when I purchased a Jeep Liberty there. It has been serviced regularly by the Adams Service Department who have kept it in good condition through 160,000 miles. . Everyone in the business has been friendly, helpful, and available to answer questions and provide needed service. John and Danny call me by name, they explain any and all services required and/or completed, and handle my requests with courtesy. The office staff are courteous and friendly when handling phone calls and in face-to-face contact. All of the above were deciding factors when I shopped for a 2014 car.
