Great folks
I have purchased 5 Hyundai's and have referred others to Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai. The overall process is unlike any other dealings I've had in the past. Ron Goode is as good as it gets in terms of building an easy relationship to purchase a vehicle. Mike Evans takes care of the financial aspect better than anyone. No pressure atmosphere and good people will keep me coming back.

HORRIBLE
no help at all. they want me to come in and they don't have what I am looking for , that means I will waste time and money just coming to their lot, they show they have what I am interested in then they don't know that it was sold 2-4 days before

Best dealership by far
Worked with Charles Kilpatrick, I highly recommend him. They worked really hard to get us a car that we love at a price we can afford. They also have a dog name Jack that is adorable and added bonus.

Rude people, Will never consider them for a car.
Went to see the color of a car that was buying from my local dealer as a "dealer trade". First, the person at the desk told me the car wasn't there. He was told that an employee has looked at it the previous day and I just wanted to see the color for myself. My wife found the car in the second row as he told me again it wasn't there. I liked the color and we left. I was not rude but he was. My local dealer called me the next day because he had tried to arrange the deal. (I was paying sticker price.) The dealer at Ray Skillman had told hijm that "if that a** wants that car, he can come buy it from us." He would not sell me that car. How rediculous.

Wanted a couple of questions answered IN NOVEMBER! When they found out I didn't want to schedule an appointment for service, they never contacted me. Great customer service. We bought a 2016 from them, not the next one tho.

Skillman rocks! I had ZERO problems!
No problems whatsoever, even after the sale, they went above, and ask to see Brian Minner, he is the go-to guy in sales, very sharp when it comes to the vehicles he is selling, very polite and cordial, and will do you an awesome job! cannot say enough about the guy, he was there at least till 10pm, and it only took so long because of my negotiation over the price lol! Go Skillman!
