New client experience for Service B work performed at the

New client experience for Service B work performed at the dealership with Nicholas Bischcoff as my Service Advisor. Work was preceded by a great conversation with the Service Manager (Marty Dillion) as I was doing my due diligence to determine which dealership to take my vehicle to. Marty assured me it was worth the additional 30 minutes travel time to get the type of care and attentiveness I was seeking (I had relayed my concerns about troubling reviews I read about other dealerships closer to my home). Marty’s promises were in-fact realized and I am pleased with all aspects of my service experience. Nicholas very professionally greeted me for my 1st time with the dealership and provided updates on the servicing. While there, other great support was also provided by Lexi and Lisa for various reasons. All aspects of my 1st experience were very good and the additional 30 minutes travel time was well worth it.

This dealership is excellent.

This dealership is excellent. There is no better word that describes the service and treatment that you receive as a customer. Barry London has been our salesperson for 15 + years and we keep coming back to him and the product. I think that this says it all. The entire experience was positive and hassle free! We also had the opportunity to work with Justin a bit closer and found that in his leadership position he is concerned about the customer having the best experience possible.

He took great care of us and got us the car we wanted. He and the rest of the management staff gave us a great and affordable deal on a great car. We can’t say enough about everybody at the dealership. The service department is first rate. Marty and Alex are wonderful. Justin and his people are all top notch as is the whole administrative service staff. We have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase or lease a quality automobile.

Mercedes been good to me in Hagerstown MD.

Mercedes been good to me in Hagerstown MD. But for right now they are to high for me. I just order my Mercedes benz air bags for the rear of my car. Mercedes wanted $5,000 for everything. I got Mercedes airbags for $859.00 for both parts and they putting them in for $300.00. So for right now I will not go to Mercedes for the high cost. The crew there been good to me I just can't afford there Price.
