The sunroof of my car was not working after I came back from the dealership. I had gone to the dealership for tire pressure check as the light indicated... and a wash. When I came back from the dealership the car sunroof would not close. I went back to the dealership after the weekend on the following Monday. The first technician I met was Adam and he said that it will take few weeks before I can get my car back and the time will be between ordering the parts and repair. He also told me that he cannot take my car that day because they dont have a loaner car and because there was no openings for appointment so they will call me back when appointments will be available and aslo the loaner car. I said ok that is fine with me. Then Adam said that he will get my checked by the technician I the repair shop and see if it can be fixed if the sunroof did not had any big problem. Since I am considering to lease another vehicle in December as the lease for my current car be up so I told Adam to let me know the outcome as I will be in the Sales with Barry, Adam said he will find me. After sometime Adam came back and told me that since it is a safety issue with my sunroof so I will have to leave my car at the dealership that day and they will give me a loaner car meanwhile and once my car is repaired they will call me, I said ok. After two or three days I got a call from Pierce from the dealership and told me the my car was fixed after repairs and a driver will bring my car to my home and take the loaner car back. There are two things I am not happy about, first whenever I get a loaner car from this dealership, it is very dirty inside out. I have pointed this out many times to Lisa in service, and every time I get the loaner car I always make a point to mention this issue. Every time I get the loaner car it is the same story, a dirty unclean loaner car. Many times I have washed the car at a gas station paying out of my pocket, because I have zero tolerance for cleanliness. Since I have been talking to Barry about leasing another car in December after my lease expires, I have shown interest in. I requested Barry that since I will be getting a loaner car so it will be a good opportunity for me if I can get a GLE 350 so that I can test drive the car and make up my mind. Barry told me that he is off from the work so I can talk to Lisa in service and see if she can arrange for that. I called Lisa and told her the background of my call and the email exchange I had with Barry. Lisa told me that she doesnt not have and GLE as loaner car as all were out. I said would she be knowing when they will be coming back by checking her records, but she said she cannot because she will only know when the cars will be back in the dealership. She suggested that she can put me on the waiting list and call me when it will become available, I said ok . No call came after that. First dirty loaner car every time and lost opportunity to let a loyal potential customer for the second car. When I received my car it was repaired and detailed cleaned, so good job there.

Ron was very easy to work with. Went to look at a e350 coupe, ended up with a 4 door c300. Better warranty and better ride for the family. Was only... going to look, since I was on my way to buy a Audi S5. After talking to Ron, he made it an each chose to buy a car from him. Will be back again to buy a Mercedes SUV for the wife.
