S430 tire pressures and balance

Tire pressures needed adjustments and the balance of the wheels needed to be checked. Alex in service handed everything very professionally and within a short period all was done. The car drives smothly like one would expect, and the pressures are on the nose! JOB WELL DONE GUYS!!!

I wanted to add my review regarding our sales experience...

I wanted to add my review regarding our sales experience last May with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. We were intending to go into the dealership to pick up our umbrella, but instead picked up a new car AND and umbrella! So yes, we had a great time while we were there and were treated roaylly by Barry London. He anticipated and fulfilled our needs and wishes and made everything happen. Additionally he worked to obtain the best trade-in value for our previous Benz. We're very happy we stopped by and not surprisingly, we have gotten far more use and enjoyment out of our new car than we have gotten out of our new umbrella. Thanks for the fun day and the great car!

Hi there, I am return customer to this dealership. I started my day at Mercedes with a routine maintenance for my SLK 350. At which time, I was warmly welcomed by Marty and Alex and as usual provided all we needed for my daughter and I to go shopping downtown while the car was serviced. Of course, it was completed right on time as we discussed. From there, I went to say hello to Wes Whetstone. He had helped us on two previous purchases and it was nice to see him again. We had discussed via email perhaps trading from a 2 seat convertible to a sedan, as our family status had changed. Wes showed different options to consider and as previously, allowed us to browse and think on things as freely and as helpful as possible. It was hard to turn down the great accomodation of the 2012 C class sedan but my heart fell for a 4 seat CLK convertible from 2009. 4 hours later, my daughter and I drove this car off the lot! The dealership gave us a great trade in value for the SLK and Austin secured a great financing package for us. What a great team to work with! Wes is a family man, professional in every way, yet easy and friendly to talk with. He is knowledgable and courteous. If you want a pleasant car buying experience go see Wes Whetstone and a great Mercedes dealership!!!

We recently bought a pre-owned car from Barry London and although it was our first buying experience with Mr. London, we were treated as though we were old friends. Barry's no pressure, friendly manner made the entire purchase experience really enjoyable. We are very pleased with our car and have recommended Barry to all our friends.

Mercedes E320 CDI 2006

Marty Gillions, the Service Manager and his team are very knowledgeable. No time is wasted, the car is serviced and you are back on the road. Owning a Mercedes always means that you need to rely on a shop with professional up do date techs who can troubleshoot and repair a rather complex machine. The Service Department at Mercedes of Hagerstown definitely fits the ticket. Thanks, Marty. Next time I show up, I should be eligible for my first high mileage badge. With your help, I am sure it will not be the last.

Service above expectation!

Marty and Alex are first class when dealing with a customers problem with their Mercedes. Some times it is just a pleasure to drive in and say hi and drive back out.
