I was traveling and had to get some assistance with a overheating problem. I always get a quote for services, I was told 2 hours and labor rate of $125... My Invoice came out to $325 labor and $50 for Shop supplies. 2.6 hours and charged me $50 for someones uniforms. I was not expecting anything over this, without calling me or walking in the waiting area and telling me otherwise. During my checkout. I noticed a $50 CHARGE FOR SHOP SUPPLIES. They said this is on every ticket, like the DOC fee when you buy a new car, except this $50 fee is to cover employee uniforms, etc. WHAT A RIP OFF, not to say, 2 hours plus our Shop fee of $50 on all tickets. reason, they don't tell you until they are charging your card, I would have left before. Bad enough paying 125.00 dollars an hour, and them sneaking in another $50 fee to rent uniforms for their employees, and shop cleaners, I should not have to pay an additional fee unless it it disclosed. Best bet, find an independent dealer to work on your Ford.

I am not a huge fan of the whole "dealership" experience because I'm a girl and I'm a consumer loan officer. I usually get talked down to, even though... I know more than most! I had the greatest experience at Summit Ford! Everyone was more than helpful, the financing went very easy and I wasn't pressured into anything in the Finance Dept. Overall excellent experience and I would recommend Summit Ford to any one!

Randy at Summit Ford was an incredible help when it came to a difficult fix on a ford truck. Randy went above and beyond his job to make sure the repair... was to the highest standard and effectively communicated what was going on during the repair process. During the transmission work, the service department discovered a transfer case issue while testing the truck and thankfully were able to do the repairs in a timely manner to prevent any further issues with the truck. Great work, attention to detail, and customer service!
Horrible customer service by the new car sales manager. Went in on a very slow Saturday and asked him to value my new truck (regarding an insurance claim... from an accident). He said it’s not something he would do because he “didn’t want to”. Said he wouldn’t help me because I didn’t help him by buying the truck there. I let him know that I have been all my aftermarket parts from them. Didn’t matter. Walked right back to Parts and returned the parts I had just bought. It was unbelievable how rude the manager was.

I had an appointment for a while you wait oil change without tire rotation. My vehicle was done and ready within 40 min. Very good as compared to other... dealers nearby.
I worked with Stephanie in Sales at Summit Ford to help ‘kick the tires’ and purchase a vehicle from out of state. She was very responsive, professional... and friendly, easily accommodating my schedule via email, txt and phone calls. She helped coordinate pre-purchase inspection with a local mechanic, as well as coordinated with her service department, finance and others to make the whole process pretty smooth. I flew in to Denver on Thursday night and was driving off the lot with my new vehicle early Friday afternoon. I would definitely recommend Stephanie at Summit Ford and would do business with them again!

I called leading up to the 4th of July and was given an appointment for the afternoon of July 3rd with only a couple of days notice. They got me in, ahead... of time, and got the work done in a shorter period of time than I expected and they had quoted me. My bill was less than expected (and quoted) the work was done quicker than expected, and it was the day before a major holiday. I live an hour and a half away from your dealership and it can be difficult to arrange a ride to drop my truck off. Getting things done on time and quicker than expected is a huge deal to me, and you have always delivered that service.
