Peak Kia

My daughters and I went in only to look at Optimas and ended up buying one right off the showroom floor. Mr. Lalo Rincon showed us all of the units they had in stock. We discussed the colors and options etc. He is a very respectable and personable and no inclination of any sales pressure tatics. With little to no haggling, we settled on a very good price for a loaded SX turbo. Prior to going to Peak Kia South, I was just at the Kia dealer closest to me (north end). The dealer I bought a new Kia from last year basically snubbed me, no effort to get to a real number or even show or discuss the cars. They lost the sale and customer forever. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and my purchase experience. I would definately be willing to deal with Mr. Rincon again and would recommend him and the Peak Kia experience! Both Shannon and Joel were very professional and knowledgeable regarding the Kia Sorento and the automotive industry which made our decision to purchase assured. This was an extremely pleasant and efficient experience. Lalo was extermely friendly and got into the effort quickly. He presented himself as a total professional. I found his knowledge of the Kia product outstanding. He was also very attune to the customers wants and was quick to get me to the right vehicle(s). The price presentation was swift (only have experienced this one other time) and very well coordinated with my financial limits. He was able to conclude with an extremely fair price. His approach allowed for positive sales experience, even though the final car that we selected was different from the first. He worked well to get what we wanted price wise on this vehicle. I can't forget the cooperation from Mike and Cory in getting the providing a coordinated effort with the pricing and closing - less than an hour and one half start to finish including the initial visit with Lalo. The orientation on the dealership and new car that Lalo provided was outstanding - thorough - actually thought he was going to offer to provide us with a degree at the end. Fantastic job everyone.

My overall experience at Peak KIA was great. I was very pleased with the efficency and hospitality of their team and would recommend any one looking for a new/used car should not just consider Peak KIA, but should absolutely buy from Peak KIA. I was shocked to see how far along KIA in itself has progressed their fleet of vehicles. I'm proud to say I will love my years to come with my Rio. Last but not least if you do go to Peak KIA ask for Louie.

Low pressure, fair deal. Gave good value for trade without inflating the price of the vehicle. Quick transaction. There was good communication and they facilitated my schedule.

I was happy with the sales aspect of the purchase however the service after the purchase was far from satisfactory. We had several problems come up with one of the two vehicles that we purchased but none of those issues seemed to ever be covered by the dealer warranty. I contacted the dealership several times but was never able to reach a resolution and I still have ongoing issues with the vehicle which I will now be forced to take to an outside source to have corrected.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He did not pressure my husband and I and we appreciated that very much. I would definately recommend him to a friend.

Lalo helped get the car I wanted very simply very well explained as well as for getting a good price and he was very and did not pressure into buying if we did not want to

I purchased my current Sportage from Matt Sandoval and had maybe the best purchase experence every. He was a true gentleman a great rep. for your dealership. We are currently discussing the purchase of a new sportage for sometime in 2012.

This is the 2nd car I have bought from Matt and both experiences were outstanding. Never any pressure and both times I have loved my car.
