Tyler and the dealership treated me great.

Tyler and the dealership treated me great. It took us a while to get to the finish line, but Tyler was very patient and answered all of my questions. Happy with my Bronco sport so far.

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware. I cannot over exaggerate the nightmarish experience I’ve had since purchasing a used car from this place earlier this year. The Kia’s engine died less than 6 months after I I purchased it. The extended warranty that the dealership game me denied the claim. A KIA dealership replaced the engine. I drive it less than a mile. It completely stopped. Now I’m being told that the alternator/ starter didn’t work. Now I’m out more than 6 grand after having to purchase another car less than 7 months after buying from those folks. Salesman Jeff Weatherly told me that if “anything goes wrong with this car,” to please call. Well I did. This dealership did nothing to help me. They simply didn’t care. They refused to even help me pay for a rental for the 6+ weeks I had no car. They offered me no compensation for the fact that I purchased a Lemon. They did absolutely nothing to help a customer who purchased a car in good faith. I’m beyond upset. I’m angry and disappointed. As a former tv news journalist, I have seen these kinds of things happen before to others. Never in a million years did I ever think I’d be in this position. Everything is fine until there’s a problem. Then no one cares that you’re out thousands of dollars. I still cannot believe this happened or how I was treated. Interstate: you should be ashamed of yourselves. I would never buy a used car, or any car, from you again. .You didn’t honor your word. I can’t even trust you to do the right thing. Please save yourself from what I went through and go someplace else. Someone got a commission, and I got was screwed.

Initial communication was fine, sounded hopeful.

Initial communication was fine, sounded hopeful. My offer was 2,000 down-payment and to pay 700 for shipping. Then I was told to expect a verdict on July first, never happened. Called the individuals that I had been working with, only able to leave messages requesting that they call me. That was Monday, its now the 5th of July. My interest in the vehicle still remains, their lack of maintaining communication to the end, whatever it may have been, is disappointing. To say the least. I've looked on their website and wasn't able to find the vehicle, but it's still listed on Cars.com. go figure. Honestly, with monthly payments under 80 dollars , I saw no problem even with a fair rating. What happened? I may never know. It feels like the car was sold out from under me after my application had been in the process.

This is in response given by Interstate Ford on my

This is in response given by Interstate Ford on my review. Mr. Nichols, I appreciate the time you took to send a response to my review. However, I am choosing another avenue other than contacting you. I am soliciting a consumer advocate to investigate and mediate, i.e. BBB and the office of Ohio AG Dave Yost. Your response made reference to disappointment and frustration to a negative experience. With all due respect, these words do not describe my experience. If you have not been placed in a stationary condition like a “fixed income”, then you lack understanding about this experience. Fixed income means you have to choose between what you are not going to pay for (food, clothes, eating out) in order to maintain your independence. Moreover, if this expense is embellished, I believe to increase profit or for someone to be the top salesperson of the month is disheartening and more important not necessary. This experience was threatening my independence, holding my truck hostage the source of my mobility. I have been told that you do not take your truck/car to a dealership for the reason that I have experience in this case. We will be in contact with each other after a third party has reviewed the situation and supplied guidance. Thank you Mr. Nichols.

They are professional and understanding from the start on

They are professional and understanding from the start on the website to handing me the keys. Everyone there were very helpful. Tony especially wanted me to have no worries and made sure everything, from outside appearance, to inside details were covered. I have personally bought vehicles from them, and will continue to do so.

Engine blew.

Engine blew. Replaced with power train warranty. Get it back and next day engine light is back on. Take back to dealership and find out it is NOT covered for issues that is engine related. Now possibly $1.200 or get another car. I say BS! This is how you treat seniors?? This has only to do with service NOT the salesman. Who I will say is awesome. Get your act together guys. Reviews for service is horrible.
