    I sent two different inquiries through email using the cars.com app regarding a new car and a used car. I never received any type of response from the... dealership regarding my email. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through another dealership.

    First let me start by saying Adam Gilbert was my salesman. If it weren't for the fact that Adam was good at replying to voicemails and emails this... would be a 1 star review. The average time for an ordered truck is 6-10 weeks. Thats seems very reasonable and I was literally counting the days until my truck arrived. I found a website that tracks the progress of the truck, it showed the build was done on May 21, and it provided an estimated delivery date of June 1. Awesome...Well then it got delayed till June 18. Ok fine, I ordered my truck March 18, that makes 12 weeks, I can handle that, they had the big supplier fire so that probably had an effect. Once it got within 5 days of delivery I emailed Adam to get an estimate on how long it will take them to prep it for me once they actually receive it. Adam was out of town on vacation. And so begins the time at which I finally realize my true priority level. Adam said he was on vacation and would have somebody in management look it up and get ahold of me with an update......3 days go by.....(crickets)...I call and leave a voicemail for the sales manager, 3 more days go by......(CRICKETS!!!!) So now it's the weekend and I figure just wait till Monday when it's supposed to be delivered. My dad happens to stop by in the afternoon on Monday to maybe see the truck. The LACK of a delivered truck finally prompts Adam to call me. Truck is in some shipping yard somewhere, but nobody really knows exactly what state. And oh by the way Dayton is a little over 3 hours from Dearborn Michigan which is where the truck should've been made so this is all extra frustrating. 2 days later, the Ford website updated to the 3rd "new delivery" of July 15. For those of us that don't do well at math that 15 weeks since the order was placed when the 3rd estimated delivery date is which I'm guessing will get pushed AGAIN. That means the truck has been sitting in a parking lot going on a month currently to 7 weeks at the current estimated delivery. If you order a truck through any discount program expect to be on the "eh we'll get around to it sometime" list. Because I'm pretty sure that's where they make their money back is through the slowest possible shipping method.

    I am sorry that the slow progress of receiving your ordered truck has dampened your enthusiasm of getting a new truck. I understand the time and thou...ght that you put into ordering exactly what you wanted. It is exciting to be able to customer order a vehicle. We at the dealership do everything we can to work with our customers to make sure they are getting the vehicle they want with all the equipment, color, etc. We offer an estimate of when the truck will come. There are a lot of things that are out of our control after that. The fire at the plant was one example. We do not use the site that you have been watching for that reason. It is an estimate. On our side it tells us when the order has been accepted, when it is in the plant, when it is complete and then again another estimate for delivery. Ford wants to make the truck is to their standards before they ship it. For instance if there is an issue with say a part they made go back and hold every truck that has that particular batch of parts and double check each one to make sure they are to their standards. I have no way of knowing why your truck was delayed but I assure you we want to be able to deliver your truck to you as soon as possible. The dealership has nothing to gain in slowing down the process.

    I don't like shopping for a new car but the salesman, Lawrence Reynolds, made it very easy. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.... He was also very patient and made the whole new car buying experience easy.

    I talk to Mr. Reynolds on the phone told him what I was looking for ;he took care of me helped to relax ;he was so professional the whole sales department... made me comfortable (I had my 2 grandchildren);Mr. Reynolds showed how my car works went over my phone sync instructions He is awesome.

    Lawrence Reynolds did a great job working with me. The whole process was smooth and all of the people involved were polite and friendly. This is the fourth... F-150 I have purchased from Interstate Ford. They have all been flawless trucks. The truck that I traded in(2014) was maybe the best ever. I hope the 2018 works out as well as the 2014. Lots of bells and whistles on the 18 I hope they all continue to work. Lawrence and the rest of the staff were tops.

    Ten months ago the brakes on our 99 Ford Ranger failed in our driveway. AAA towed it to Interstate. They contacted us and said it was a left front faulty... brake line and that repair would be $440. Nothing more was explained and we approved the work. Yesterday (5/7/18) we went to leave and found that once again we had no brakes and there was fluid on the ground. Again AAA towed it to Interstate. Pete called indicating it was again a left front brake line that had failed. I reminded them they had just replaced it 10 months ago. Pete explained it was a different line from what they replaced in July 2017, that the truck was old and all of the lines were old and rusty. I asked why this was not explained last year so that our vehicle would be road safe. Were they just going to let them fail one at a time at a cost of $440 each? Surely there would be a price break on the labor if all were done at the same time. He said the cost would probably be the same so they just let us know of the one problem line last year. So much for a mechanical inspection and disclosure to the customer. I then asked him to obtain a quote to replace the 3 remaining lines during this visit. He called back and stated that the 3 lines would be about $600, but when the work was completed it turned out to be only $575! Only $135 more to do the additional 2 lines. So you do the math and see how they were gouging us. Not to mention failing to disclose the fact that all the lines needed to be replaced in 2017 and putting 2 seniors back on the road in an unsafe truck. I have truly lost confidence in their integrity as a service center, realizing they would rather ding a customer $440 multiple times than disclose the results of their inspection and possible actually serve their customers. We have been long time customers with both of our Ford vehicles, but I'll be looking for a new service center now. One that will give me full disclosure and make recommendations that are both safe and practical.

Although the other lines were not leaking at the time I do agree that we sh...ould have offered you the option of replacing them all. I do apologize.     Originally, I went to trade-in my Jeep and purchase a certain used Ford Escape I found online. However, Lawrence Reynolds was able to place me into a brand... new one almost identical to the used one for less of a payment due to all the rebates. Lawrence really worked hard to make it happen and keep me in the right payment range. I appreciate his professionalism and determination to quickly get me what I wanted.

    I bought a car over 2 months ago and my DMV still has not received the title paper work. I can not get a single person to call me back I wasted 3 hours... of my day driving up from Northern KY to the dealer on my day off. I signed some paper work they failed to have me fill out the first time 2 weeks latter still no luck and no response.
