We purchased a used car from Stoops Buick GMC in Plainfield, IN (July 2024). We were very pleased with our salesman, Kent Fisher, and the whole process. We found the car through autotrader, we checked the dealership's reviews on multiple sites and reached out to Kent Fisher. He was quick to respond, he freely answered my questions, He was forthright with answers regarding fees. We scheduled to see the car, we took a test drive, quickly agreed on price, and we were out the door in less than one hour (including the test drive). I have bought many cars over the years and currently own six. We passed up a dealership just a couple miles from our home with a very similar used car because that dealership has bad reviews. We are especially thankful to Kent Fisher for his patience, kindness, and efficient handling of our transaction.

Great team in service department and body shop! Aaron Anderson especially has super customer skills. Everyone is great but Aaron leaves no stone unturned in taking care of all his customers. Somehow the customers seem to understand to his true caring and they like him too as overheard in waiting room.
