With all honesty I was terrified to finance another car until I met Lou. He completely changed my perspective on everything. Talked me through certain areas in which I couldn’t understand. He’s polite, kind, has the patience of a saint. Was nothing but a complete pleasure being in that establishment. If I ever need a car again or anyone in my family, Lou will be the first I recommend.
