Didn't like the fact I had a six month check up and was

Didn't like the fact I had a six month check up and was told need tires and alignment and refused..but got their to retrieve my car just for them to try and charge me for a oil change that I just got 2 weeks prior..not good at all

Terrible Was told a loaner car would not b available

Terrible Was told a loaner car would not b available for 2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks and on appointment day when I was dropping off I was told there were no loaner cars available. They provided a car from enterprise. I was told I would have to pick up the tax on the rental it was only 9 dollars but it was the point. I was told I was going to an update on the recall work I was not called. I was given a time of 430 to pick up I waited till 5 and still waited 20 mins

Service Department is very efficient.

Service Department is very efficient. Betsy kept me informed every step of the way. Appointments were scheduled, kept and expectations were set and met. I felt confident from the start and will be returning for sure.
