My husband took my car to get my navi checked and had a 9am appt. The service mgr was very nice and explained why it needed to be reset. He was home by 10:30 so no complaints.

Review: Dishonest and Disappointing Experience I was

Review: Dishonest and Disappointing Experience I was charged $129 for a service charge at this dealership, only to be given inaccurate and misleading recommendations. I brought my car in for a rattling noise, and they told me I needed to replace my rear shock absorbers—even though I had those replaced just two months earlier. I took the car back to the shop that originally did the work, and with the car on the lift, it was clear the shock absorbers were brand new and in perfect condition. The actual issue turned out to be a wheel bearing, not the shocks as this dealership claimed. I essentially paid $129 for nothing but misinformation. This feels dishonest and untrustworthy. I had even been considering purchasing another Buick, but after this experience, it will not be from this dealership. I am very disappointed and am also considering disputing the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware: be cautious before trusting the recommendations here.

Appointment made. It took 3 days to diagnose/repair with NO CALL of status. EVER!! This is the 2nd repair that this has happened. Unacceptable customer service.

It been a year and 8 months and the service manager is

It been a year and 8 months and the service manager is just now getting involved because I had to complain to the owner. My issue is still ongoing with my truck and very dissatisfied with how they handled my issue with this truck. I couldn’t even get a loner truck while my truck was in for service. They kept my truck for a week while my appointment was in the beginning of the week. The issue I have had from the 1st week I owned the truck.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. My salesman Lou Cerota was incredibly professional. He answered all my questions,explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth. I am so happy with my new GMC Terrain and with the exceptional service that I received. I highly recommend this dealership and Lou Cerota to anyone who’s looking for a positive car purchasing experience.
