Juliana provided everything we needed to get our car repaired. When I asked a question she always had the right answer and was very helpful on all aspects of getting our car back to us. She was very professional. The dealership is awesome everybody there was very nice and outgoing to help

I brought my 2019 dodge caravan in for service, very nice staff greeting at the front desk and spoke to Fred the service advisor with my concerns, he was very easy to talk to and it seemed like he really was listening to our car needs for service. I also received a call from the service tech directly during the service and he gave me updates and suggestions as to what we exactly needed to keep our vehicle ready for the upcoming driving season. After the third attempt by Manahawkin Jeep to fix my
After the third attempt by Manahawkin Jeep to fix my vehicle, and 6+ weeks in the shop, still unrepaired. In fairness, the dealer claims that Jeep told them I have to just keep putting miles on my 4xe, but after 960 miles I'd expect that electric drive is not functioning properly. The owner's manual estimates that the FORM function will return after about 20 minutes, not happening!

The service team at Manahawkin Chrysler did a great job identifying and completing this latest service call. I had a planned trip and they aloud me to drop off and pickup my car around my trip. Fred Reinhold, my service manager kept me informed of the progress and clearly communicated the issues that needed to be addressed. It’s important to point out the issues a dealership could work on but I also think it’s important to congratulate them on a good job.
