Do Not Shop Here. The Matt Blatt website uses Kelley Blue Book as the standard for valuing both the dealership's vehicles and for estimating your trade-in. The Matt Blatt website also uses loan calculator software that uses Kelley Blue Book as the standard for valuing trade-ins. When you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, Matt Blatt insists you bring your vehicle in to be "evaluated" by them, and low and behold, Kelley Blue Book is not the standard by which they value your trade-in. Frank (the manager) insisted that regardless of what KBB from Matt Blatt's website stated, my trade-in was only worth 25% of what Matt Blatt's website via Kelley Blue Book said it was worth. This is, at best, poor business practice and at worst outright deceptive, false advertising, and a bait-and-switch. Avoid Matt Blatt, and find a dealership that is willing to deal with you fairly.

Do not buy a car here

The customer service at Matt Blatt is so unhelpful and unorganized. They forgot a list of things that had to get done for my car, we had to make multiple calls and trips. We spent 8 hours standing around. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else when buying a car.

Great Job communicating with me!

This was not my 1st Internet Vehicle Purchasing experience. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and purchased the following vehicles on the internet: Pontiac G6 Convertible in Phoenix, Mercedes Convertible in Denver and my current 2015 Camaro Convertible in Cincinnati. JoAnne Centeno did a great job of communicating with me ... and responding to my questions! I was sorry that I was unable to come to term ($2000-apart) with Matt Blatt Glassboro Mitsubishi.

Resolution

I had written a review in September about my check engine light coming on after I had purchased the vehicle. I am happy to say that Matt Blatt has resolved everything. First I have to mention that my salesman, Doug, has kept in contact since I bought the car, to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. After made aware of the check engine light being on, he set up an appointment to have it looked at by their service center. The service center concluded that it was the catalytic converter. Shawn, found that it was covered under the factory warranty, made an appointment to have it taken to the manufacturer, and gave me a car to use while I waited for the repairs to be completed. For a week, they had me in a brand new 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. When the car came back I was not charged for anything. I would highly recommend this car dealer. They want their customers to be satisfied, and they will go above and beyond what is necessary, in order to make that happen.

Buyer Beware

Went there to buy a car, had to get a cosigner. Got a cosigner with a 725 credit score. They told me I could get a car, picked on out, and then they said I couldn't get it. Went on line filled out a credit app, then they called and said oh you can get a car.???? So I called back and told them that I was told I couldn't get a car. Are these people in the same place???. I had brought 3 cars from them. No customer loyalty at all. I spoke with Joanne, she was supposed to call me back. I am still waiting, 5 days later, no call, no coorpondance. I brought a Nissan, from Mt Holly Nissan. I will not be returning to MATT BLATT AUTO SALES. Good luck to anybody who does...

What a waste of time!

Very disappointed in the customer service received at this dealer. Came in looking for preowned vehicle. Was pointed in direction of new by sales team. Sales associate Rafael was nice and helpful. All financial information was submitted prior to getting to dealership so they knew my entire financial history. After wasting over 2 hours of our time was told the vehicle I wanted I I couldn’t get financing for however if I wanted an ugly, small, orange hatch back they could do it. At least I know which one they are trying to unload end of the month! Due to the bait and switch tactics I would not recommend this dealership.

Great

We have bought our last 2 vehicles here and love Mark our salesman. He is the only one we will deal with there. He is not just about the sale. He always follow up and see how things are going. Jackie at the service area is amazing also.

THE BEST!

First time Matt Blatt Customer....I love my Outlander! The ease of buying a car at Matt Blatt was second to none! My salesman, Mark Caramandi, was so helpful, explaining everything to me every step of the way. He continues to follow up with me to see how things are going. This dealership is not your typical dealership. It is more like family. I would highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase!
