Sold me an unfit car and they knew it

Wish I could give less of a rating. Drove the car home they said it was inspected. Grinding noise which resulted in an independent auto shop instructed me to return. They knew about it and still let me drive it home to give to my daughter. I have felt so betrayed by a fellow IU grad. This is happening a lot with this company. Read the reviews on google

ANDY MOHR SAVES THE DAY

My alternator decided to fail me, after hours on Sunday evening, 5 November, I465 South in Indiana. After being towed to Andy Mohr Ford, they were immediately attentative to my vehicle on Monday. morning. After getting all the parts and repair completed, I was on my way back to Iowa, Tuesday. Special Thanks to Clarence Overstreet & Shelby Lee. Convenient location and beautiful clean facilities.

FYI: Anyone thinking of buy a vehicle, don’t!

FYI: Anyone thinking of buy a vehicle, don’t!!! You will get absolutely no customer service once they have your money! And forget about the service department. It’s a complete joke!! Very rude toxic service department. We bought a 2023 Escape in Aug. Drove it home that evening the next day the sunroof broke. It took weeks to get it fixed fast forward to a month ago broke again, went in to see if they would look at it and was refused service because they were just too busy. We can make an appointment for weeks out. When we had to speak with someone in charge, they came out and looked at it said they’d order some parts and get back with us. Six weeks later. Nothing! crickets! Save yourself a lot of headache and go someplace else. Plus when they fixed it the first time they left the roof liner filthy with dirty fingerprints and put a dent in the roof. Do not expect any service after the sale!!!! Jana Cooksey

Oil/fuel change and asked about getting new tires and

Oil/fuel change and asked about getting new tires and check engine light on. Guy said 2-3weeks out to have it looked at for engine light. Said thats the world we live in. And for tires, guy printed off a random paper with tires not even for my truck. Guess they didn't want to sell tires that day while truck was on lift changing oil.. So I drove across street and Belle tire was more than happy to put michelin tires on my platinum
