New tires, competitively priced, an oil and filter change and fluid checks done in less than 2 hours, very satisfied. My Service Writer Mike was great.

Great Facility

Just bought a car from Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield, all my expectations were exceeded by this dealership and I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you stop by to look at a car talk to Jamaal Saunders he took very good care of us.

Great service

Brought my 2015 f150 in for a factory recall. The repairs were finished much faster than anticipated. Customer service was great. I’ve never had a bad experience with servicing my truck.

Great Salesman-incompentant Finance Manager!

Great buying experience with salesman! Had one scheduling mistake and he apologized for it! However, my finance manager was the opposite! Overquoted the gap insurance and later questioned the higher purchase cost. She replied"it's only 4 more dollars a month" No apology and no compromise! I cancelled the gap insurance and found out 8 weeks later she did not process it. Thanks to my lender (IU credit Union) I finally received it a week later. She also did not disclose a dealer fee (299.00)in the aftermarket purchase. Honestly and transparency was needed as I could have the opportunity to accept or decline the purchase before going forward on the transaction!

nice place

Took a while to get approved but i managed to get a new Ford Focus SEL with preatty cheep payments, they had watter and snacks while waiting. All and all preatty good place
