Pleased with Performance!
Quick and timely car maintenance done at facility. On-line scheduling is wonderful! Future maintenance list is given to help in planning costly maintenance. Staff and associates very helpful in keeping me notified as to what is being done on car during maintenance.

New Tire
2010 Ford Taurus. Brought car in to fix a flat. Needed a new tire. Everything fine. Only issue I have is I get a lot of discounts sent to me in the mail. I did not take anything with me thinking I only had to fix a flat. The tire cost $286. I wish I could have gotten a discount. I asked the cashier and she said she didn't have any. That is a lot of money for one tire. Service rep was fine and the young man who fixed my tire was very friendly.

awsome job
Bought a 2016 ford escape s the sales guy and staff was awsome and worked very hard to get the deal made we love the escape we got and i will be a returning customer.I have never seen a sales men or a dealer ship for that matter work that hard to get someeone in something they wanted keep up the great work it was a pleasant visit to andy mohr ford.I rate the dealer and all staff that work so hard to get the deal made a #1 best ever.

My visit to Andy Mohr Ford
I took my 2013 Ford F150 in for an oil change. Brock W. greeted and waited on me right away. After I told him why I was there he asked if everything else on my truck was good and if I had any questions or concerns. While I was in the waiting room the salesman who sold me the truck, Jerry L. made a point to find me in the waiting room and ask how my truck was doing. For this and many other reasons is why I drive over 20 miles one way to Andy Mohr Ford instead on going to another Ford dealership that is only 1.5 miles from my home.
