A bit deceptive Mohr Bucks pricing and hidden fees

I had very poor customer experience at Andy Mohr. I was told vehicle was in stock only to wait over an hour to find out it wasn't. Online price for another vehicle they showed me was not honored by them. Sort of a bate and switch deal. Claimed Mohr Bucks price was only with trade-in. They also add on unnecessary so called vin number fee to each vehicle. If you buy gets complete print out of entire vehicle purchase price including fees. Then make an offer. If they don't have the car you wanted in the first place don't waste your time like I did. Keep walking.

Not that great

Just felt like no one really wanted to help us get into a newer car. Brought us one set of numbers then pretty much gave up on trying to close the deal. Had to come back the next day and work with someone else and still had the same issues. The finance guy was AMAZING THOUGH!!

Horrible experience!

Had a scheduled appointment for their delivery program today. Had my financing, all of the paperwork requested, had scheduled a time for truck to be delivered. Instead of the truck, we got a phone call saying “truck had been sold, after hours last night “. Who does that? Amazed that they would do that to guaranteed sale.

Never again

Thought I would give Andy Mohr Ford another chance. Unfortunately, was teamed up with salesman David Lewis. The guy just shows up for a paycheck and wants you to do the work. Lazy-any inquiries I had he asked me to look up on my phone. I don’t remember being on the dealerships payroll, that’s your job David. Rude-during the test drive, he claimed my concerns about the car were exaggerated. So your technique is to dumb down the customer. Nice. Disrespectful-he didn’t feel the need to wear a mask even though he was hacking up a lung in the back seat during the test drive. I would’ve thought the dealership would make it mandatory for salesmen to wear masks on the job due to the circumstances we all live with today. Guess not. And the best part, as I was parting ways with salesman David Lewis, he voiced his concern of missing out on the employer sponsored lunch, I believe he said it was pizza day. Sorry I caused you to miss out on that fine cuisine David Lewis. Not. Andy Mohr Ford, never again.

I went back to the dealer to check if they could do something about it that big different and why did they give a super higher price when they are supposed to give u the best deal. They said nothing they can do. xxxxxxxx!!! Don’t trust them

YOUNG BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Young buyers beware!!!!!!! My 21 year old son was in need of a truck, keep in mind he lives in Kalamazoo Mi. Amidst this Covid 19 situation all dealerships are closed in Michigan as well as all hotels along the way to indianapolis. He speaks to Donna a sales rep he explains his situation provides all credit info etc before heading towards indy (4 hour drive) He arrives at 820 pm 20 minutes after closing he was instructed they would wait for him. Now the fun begins, He is greeted by Donna at that time she tells him they cannot get him approved on the vehicle he wanted and drove 4 hours to purchase. Miraculously they have the perfect truck cleaned and ready that he is approved for not even close to what he wanted. Which is called the "switch car" Why on earth would they send a 21 year old 4 hours from home nowhere to stay because everything is shut down. They simply coud have called him once they knew he didnt qualify for the original truck and gave him the option of turning back around and go home no harm no foul. Instead they thought they could JAM my kid into something he doesnt want and get away with it. Come on guys dont give all of us car guys a bad rep. Also Babu the finance manager is a liar and very unprofessional. Not even offer to give him a tank of gas wow!!!! DONT TRUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i thought dealers were trying to help other dealers out in this time of crisis

Let's just call you Carmax of Avon

Wouldn't negotiate on the price, in fact said the price was going up when we where negotiating. You know, because they couldn't sell it at a lower cost...so let's raise the price on the vehicle to get it to move. Talk about bait and switch! I feel sorry for the sales people that have to work under these types of managers.

Buick, Encore

Billy, the sales associate that helped me with this Car. I took the car for a test drive and he had my car appraised. We finally decided on an amount and made the deal. The new car was washed and filled with gas. It was a cold day, but Billy took car of putting my plates on the new car. The whole process took less than 3 hours!
