We had a great experience with the purchase of a new Cadillac from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Our sales rep is Marcie and she has went above and beyond to make the buying experience fir our needs exactly. We live out of town and the buying process was quick and easy. Once we arrived, the was out front cleaned and full of gas. The finance process was quick and efficient. The entire staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Marcie has followed up and checked in several times and is always going the extra mile to assist! We would recommend Marcie and Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to everyone!

Always dreamed of owning a Cadillac.

Always dreamed of owning a Cadillac. Thanks to the people at this dealership my dreams became a reality. I appreciate the patience of the employees. It took over a week for me to pull the trigger. Although I have only had my XT5 for a few days I am very happy. A suggestion to the Schmitt Family change the name of the dealership to Dream Factory. You truly do make dreams come true,

Best buying experience I have ever had in my life, not

Best buying experience I have ever had in my life, not only for cars but for anything. My sales rep was very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and needs then directed me to the perfect vehicle. Working the deal was a breeze and the finance manager (from Jamacia) was a hoot! When I was finished the manager and general manager came out and personally thanked me. I really felt like part of a family. When I thought I was done the salesmen followed me out and then did a world class demonstration on all of the features the vehicle has! He even paired my phone! I am totally blown away with this whole experience and could never recommend or endorse any thing or any place more. If your purchasing's a vehicle it must be from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac!!!

Look at your car inside and out.

Look at your car inside and out. Lay on the ground and roll under it. Check everything. When you buy it and find out it wasn't really certified, you'll wish you had. This dealership will not take responsibility, especially when they sold you something dangerous (a tire with a plug in the inside wall).

Are you planning to replace the tire at no cost? Are you willing to do this without blaming me or my daughter for puncturing and plugging the wall of a tire, from the inside , on the $40000.00 car we bought 3 1/2 months ago?

I saw an ad "on their website" for an XT5 lease.

I saw an ad "on their website" for an XT5 lease. I emailed and called them about it to which they said said they couldn't/wouldn't honor it. I was told that for a $150 more per month they would do it! Bate and switch, false advertising! They asked for the link to where the information was at. (On their website) I sent it to them and within 15 min. It was down. They never denied it was there ( on their website) they just weren't going to honor it!
