Avoid this place like the plague!

This is one of those dealerships people warn you about. Avoid it like the plague and do business elsewhere. I set an appointment to look at a used car. I left work early and drove 2 hours to get there. Upon arrival I was informed that while my car was sitting up front waiting for me, another couple without an appointment showed up, asked about the car and was taken for a test drive. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting and they sold the car to the other couple while I was there. They didn't say "sorry this car is on hold for another guest with an appointment", they actively were selling the car knowing I was on my way out to see it. Go somewhere else where they value customers and service rather than making a sale. They could've shown them any other car in the lot, but they picked the one that someone was on the way to see.

Do not do business here!

Do not do business here! I found a car online, called and made an appointment to see it the same day. I left work early and drove two hours to get to the dealership. Upon arrival I was informed that while my car was sitting up front waiting for me, another couple without an appointment asked about it and was taken for a test drive! I sat in the waiting room for over an hour only to find out that they were actively selling the car while I waited. They could've shown them any other car in the lot. They could've said "we're sorry but this car is on hold for a gentleman who is on his way, will show you any other car in the lot".These guys are more interested in the sale then they are in the customer. Do business elsewhere!

Jeff Schmitt Cadillac IS AWESOME!!!

I had a great experience at the Jeff Schmitt Cadillac dealership! I called two days before I drove 160 miles to buy a Toyota Avalon from them, they told me every little thing about the car so there were no surprises when I looked the car over in person. Honest and very friendly staff. I will definitely shop here again thanks to everyone for a wonderful car buying experience. Ask for KD he was awesome!

Great service!

Hunter Alsip and Anthony Leet were great; as always. They took care of my car in a very professional manner; effectively and efficiently.. They treated me with respect. Hunter kept me informed of progress at every critical juncture. I just wish all dealerships were as good. Jeff Schmitt Cadillac should have their managers put on seminars for other auto dealers so that they could see how a great dealership is supposed to operate.

Customer service at it's best!

The moment we pulled onto the lot, we were met by Chad Gilliland, an enthusiastic, professional, and polite young salesman. I knew what I wanted, there were no such cars on the lot, Chad knew there had been 3 additional cars recently brought into the dealership, he we and brought those vehicles out for me to review. We bought one of those vehicles. If he had not known the inventory, not listened to what I said I wanted, we would have walked out of the dealership and there would have been no sale. As a sidebar, I had already looked at another dealer and was prepared to purchase from them prior to walking in and meeting Chad with this excellent customer service.

Excellent Experience

After intense internet research including our area and up to 100 miles away, we chose Jeff Schmidt Cadillac to purchase our 2016 Cadillac XTS. Upon arrival we were greeted by our salesman, Rob Sanders. He was very professional but yet very personable. We initially were not certain as to whether we were interested in the CTS or XTS. Rob helped us determine which model was better for us as we were trading in an Escalade ESV which was much larger than a sedan car. Rob also was very patient and helpful during the negotiation process. Jeff Schmidt Cadillac's prices were competitively priced with other dealers and they also were fair on our trade-in value. We had a very positive experience.

Best car buying experience in 43 years!

By far our best experience in 43 years buying a car from a dealership. Rob Sanders was our salesman. Rob was professional, friendly and courteous. He did not pressure us to buy the extras and came back with a fair trade in. We were treated well by all of the sales staff and would definitely buy from them again.

Wonderful service personel

Anthony Leet and Hunter Alsip are the greatest. They always treat me with respect, and I greatly appreciate that. They do not make me feel stupid if I ask a 'stupid' question. That has not been my experience at other dealerships. Jeff Schmitt Cadillac knows what true customer service is. They could be used as an example. I switched Cadillac dealerships for my service needs because Jeff Schmitt personel were so much easier to deal with. In addition, they actually had my car ready when they said they would. No so at the other dealer in town. What a contrast when it comes to treating customers as valued individuals. I can't say enough good about Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. You need to give Anthony, Hunter, and John Shum raises. John supervised some work I had done on my paint. Outstanding service. Keep up the good work.
