Just bought my brand new 2014 Subaru Impreza from AutoNation and being my first new car but I couldn't be happier! Sean McRae was nothing short of fabulous. We just purchased our first Subaru Forester and were very pleased with the entire sales experience, particularly the professionalism and knowledge of Chad Braunbeck.

We walked onto the lot and met Chad. AutoNation West is the best place to test drive a car using I-70 West up Mount Vernon Canyon and back down into Golden. Chad was wonderful to work with, and I enjoyed the process, which is saying a lot, since we have not purchased a new car in 10 years. We passed several other Subaru dealers on our way to Golden, since we were treated so well by Chad. We used the CostCo buying service to purchase our new Legacy. After buying the car, Chad sat with us in the car to go over all the new technology available in the car. Who know your phone could sync up with your vehicle? He even encouraged me to try the system and waited while I called my daughter! He was very patient and knowledgeable. I left with a full tank of gas feeling quite able to utilize most of those gadgets. Although they are under a massive reconstruction, the dealership is clean and well maintained. They even sen us a box of cookies as a thank you. A great deal, new car in the garage and a box of chocolate chip cookies! How could anyone be any happier?

By far, this is the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. My salesman, Tim, was really friendly and mellow, answering my questions succinctly without pressure. Although the sales room is under construction, the selling office was clean and comfortable, and I was made to feel most welcome. The new car manager was also very personable and helpful in the sales process. When I first opened the car, Tim walked me through how to use the safety features and even helped me set up the Bluetooth the car! I will definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family!
