The reason for this rating starts with Steve Krauss. Steve was great to work with. He was very friendly and you could tell he was willing to work with us. He made the experience personal, answered all of our questions and was extremely attentive. Even after the sale was complete, he followed up with us to see that everything was going well. The sales manager, David Buddemeyer was also great to work with. This was by far, the best car buying experience for us ever.

The sales staff was very easy going and friendly the sales transaction was smooth and suprisingly unstressful.

I wanted to get the same car I had, just with fewer miles. They had one but they are 100 miles from me. I called at 1:30 on a Friday, we worked on a price and the salesman met me half way between their place and mine. By 4:30 I had the car. Couldn't have gone any better. I highly suggest that you give them a try. My salesman's name was John Hynek. And whoever does their detailing, is awesome. The car was spotless eventhough it is a 1998 vehicle.
