I was looking for cars at a number of dealerships.

I was looking for cars at a number of dealerships. While I was getting the run around at another dealership where they were not returning calls as promised, Buchanan was responsive and respectful, and offered me a great deal. I teach “Creating an Exceptional Customer Experience” and they certainly did. Both Holly and Clint were wonderful!

Had the pleasure of working with Buster on my new truck

Had the pleasure of working with Buster on my new truck and he was the best! Very responsive throughout the process, honest and clear pricing and explained everything. When it's time for a new truck, I'll be back!

I didn’t go to the actual dealership, as I’m just starting to look. They were great though!! Everyday there were pictures with information about cars I was interested in. They left names for me to contact also.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! The price you see online will not be the price when you go to their lot. They have a used Honda Accord advertised for $9900 and on the lot it is $13,900, $4000 difference. Don't waste your time shopping here.

Garbage, these guys don’t care about you or the customer.

Garbage, these guys don’t care about you or the customer. They only worry about the money involved. The reviews say it all and i wish I would’ve looked before I purchased a truck.

Online scam using there lender.

1.8 star rating says it all. Read all paperwork. Would not honor there $2000 credit if we used there lender. Plus $3000 less for my trade in then Carmax.

Keep driving on past!

Saw 2 Chevrolet trucks online 2500LT and a 3500LT... I don't believe these trucks exist! I was there 2 hours and never test drove a single truck was going to trade in another truck but didn't bring it. I gave them photos and info and figured that they would shoot me a figure and we would haggle over the price. They want to know how much I owe? That's not important... Tell me the offer! We want to able run the numbers. Finally WALKED OUT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Don't waste your time, vehicles are cheaper other places. They hook you on the internet price but its all a lie. MSRP was $74,785. Internet price was $65,911. Drove up to purchase, but wait... they added $5K for ceramic coating, not yet apply but wasn't optional, added $899. theft deterrent, not optional, $999. Nano Forcefield, not sure why you need this if you already are paying for ceramic coating? But not optional. First offer on my 2021 Platinum Ford with 20K miles was $39K, insulting! Don't know how they came up with the $2000. per month payment for 72 Months but that was outrageous! Then... here comes the sales manager, things got worse. Not a good experience. I could write pages of reasons you should go elsewhere but I really don't have the time.

Do not come here!!!

Horrible experience. Mind blowing they think people will fall for their payment and terms game. We took the day off from work and drove five hours due to the to good to be true price. We waited at least an hour thinking they were running our credit and getting a full disclosure of the bank, rate and terms. The manager finally brought a single piece of paper showing a listing of monthly payments and I kid you not asked “those look good?” The payments were listed per term one being over $1000 per month. Not one was under $700. The paper did not disclose the bank, rate or our credit score. We were taken back by the payment amounts for a $38,000 vehicle. I asked what the rate was he said 8%! I asked what our credit was and he stuttered before saying “good” asked again he said you got the GM+ rating so it’s good. We have excellent credit!! So obviously they don’t even run credit. They told us well you can always refinance but we ask you make the first six payments so we get our promotions from GM! You mean kickbacks for screwing customers!They have a standard payment plan they like and think customers are so desperate we won’t wonder why rates and credit scores aren’t disclosed to the customer. We also had a trade they were going to give us $4000 which was also not acceptable. We tried to leave and asked for our key back and they would not give it to us and sent a new manager to try to talk us into the horrible payments. My husband is a law enforcement officer and I am an accountant we have bought many vehicles in our lives and have never ever seen such deception. Do not go here ever!!!!!

Beware!

If something sounds too good to be true it often is. This dealer uses deceptive xxxxxxto get customers in the door. They have a long list of BS dealer installed add-on's, (ceramic coating, theft protection, VIN etching, nitrogen filled tires, etc) adding around $10K that is not advertised on their list price. With all the information available to consumers today, you would think dealers would not be as blatantly deceitful. Gotta love these shady stealerships. RUN!
