The entire sales team was incredibly polite, not pushy, and friendly. My specific salesman, Alex, was amazing to work with. I went originally to test drive and buy a Volvo. I explained to him what I needed and he made me an offer. He said immediately that it was the best offer they were willing to make, and for the car it was a very generous offer. Unfortunately, it was still a little more than I was hoping to spend. I waited a few days and while thinking about it the Volvo I wanted sold. After a brief discussion with Alex he encouraged me to check out and test drive the 2018 Mazda 6. I was really set on a Volvo but after he told me everything the 6 Grand Touring had on it, and how much horsepower it had, I was ready to test drive. After my test drive Alex did not make me restate all of my needs for buying a new car, he simply went to the sales manager, came back and told me we were set to go! Easiest and best car buying experience I have had by far!

Fantastic experience - Out of state purchase!!
We spent three months researching and test driving vehicles. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, we started working with our local dealer to find it (they did not have what we wanted on their lot). It was a huge waste of time. We stumbled across an XC90 at Royal South Volvo which is 3.5 hours and out-of-state from where we live. Two phone calls and a few pictures later, we had a great price on our new vehicle, including a really solid price on my trade-in. They knew I didn’t want to waste an entire day traveling only to be disappointed and they did not disappoint. This was honestly THE best car shopping experience of my life and I absolutely hate car shopping. Ask for Nick or Ryan and they will take very good care of you.

I had my Mazda serviced at Royal Mazda in Bloomington, IN.
The service techs were great! Tony and Kixie made me feel right at home, but they were very professional. They got me in as soon as I got there and I was a littly early. I had a tail light replaced and it only took about 20 minutes! I would recommend Royal Mazda to anyone. This is my first Mazda and it will be my next car too! Thanks!

Purchased new car in under one hour!!!
After doing some damage to my 2017 Mazda 6, and getting into mountain biking with my best buddy. I thought that a CX-9 would better be set up for getting around places and much better visibility. My brother is the only Mazda Master Mechanic in southern Indiana and I asked him who was the best salesman there and he said Don Hamrick. And that had know him a number of years and purchased a number of cars from him. Don was great and when through all the books with me, but most were similar to the Mazda 6 that I had. Then Mark was ready for me and he was great, even got me a whole percentage point lower that I had been paying and a lower payment. Over all it was an outstanding experience. I am stuck on Mazdas for life. And Royal South Mazda Volvo dealership for life.

I had just wrecked my 2017 Mazda 6 the Friday before and this was Monday when I walked into Royal South Mazda and was greeted by Don Hamrick and my brother Bob Bloodgood. I had called Bob the night before and had asked him who the best salesman was and he said that Don was and that he had known him for a number of years. My brother Bob is the only Mazda Master Mechanic in Southern Indiana and I am so proud of him. Don was fantastic! I was looking for a 2017 CX-9 Touring Premium in Soul Red and that was the last one they had on the lot. Don and Bob should me all about it and then Bob went back to his duties. Don and I went on a test drive and I was in and out of there in less than an hour! It was the best car purchasing experience that I've ever had hands down!

I just purchased a new Volvo XC90.
I just purchased a new Volvo XC90. Royal Volvo treated me like I was a King! I haven't had a Volvo before, but they really sold me on the excellent product and super safety rating. It has cutting edge technology.

Outstanding Experience
We were very impressed with our experience at Royal! Although we'd been shopping for another brand of vehicle, we happened to stop by and see what was on their lot. The salesperson provided us with so much information about our vehicle search and the vehicle we eventually purchased. Never once did we feel pressured. We even asked if we could drive the vehicle and asked if they could appraise our trade-in. We are thankful we decided to stop by the Royal Volvo Mazda dealership. We are extremely impressed with our new Mazda CX-9, and feel we made the best purchase to meet our needs while keeping within our budget. Royal was our final stop on our vehicle shopping endeavor. We found it very refreshing to finally meet individuals that cared about our needs and budget. Our salesperson even called a few days after our purchase to see how we were enjoying our new car and to see if we had any questions about the features on our vehicle. Each Saturday, weather permitting, we'll be enjoying a free car wash...by hand. as well. It is obvious, the dealership strives to build relationships through delivery of superior customer service.

Total attention to detail !!
My experience at Royal South Mazda was by the best experience out of the four dealerships I visited that day . My salesman Don Hamrick was the most knowledgeable and considerate sales person I could hope for . He was not pushy and had confidence in his products . When it came to negotiations he was very easy to deal with .After I bought the car he took the time to explain all the features and even helped me program my phone into the car . It was a great experience !!

Horrible experience
They sold a vehicle I was looking to purchase without giving me an opportunity to say yes or no after I submitted a finance application and was awaiting their outcome. Sales person was untrained, finance manager dismissive and overall felt like a second class citizen and discriminated against.

These guys went beyond ordinary service for me!
I was on the way to Bloomington from western Illinois to spend time with my brother when a light came on indicating low tire pressure on all 4 tires of my 1-year old Volvo XC60. I checked the pressure and it was fine so I phoned my home dealer who reassured me it was likely a computer glitch. However, my husband wanted me to get it looked at right away, so I phoned Royal South the next morning. Though they were too busy to schedule an appointment, they said if I could drop it off and leave it, they might be able to work it in. I had it there by 9:00, and got the call before noon that the computer error was corrected. Thanks to the great service there, I had true peace of mind driving back home again with no worries about tires or the computer!
