I had a coolant flush performed at the dealership and it was done correctly and in a good amount of time.all the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience has been horrible. They alleged they fixed my vehicle. Within an hour my car was overheating. I did not go in to address this. I never had any issues with my coolant system. But after they allegedly repaired my vehicle this happens. I had it towed back to the shop. The shop was not open even though I was told to bring it in on Saturday. Monday - today they have yet to address my car. At the initial appointment they neglected to do the 27 point inspection. That is when they told me to bring it back in Saturday but they were closed on Saturday. And they don?t have any loaners. The attendant told me since I had a 2014 anything could happen or go wrong since it?s an older car. My car gets serviced ever 4-6 months as I am a high mileage driver. This is unacceptable customer service. No one has called me back with any updates. It?s after 1:00 and I keep calling and no one is available. My car should be a priority after they did not address or inspect my car correctly. I very disappointed in this service. Horrible.

Did not have a good experience when taking truck in for repair. No communication at all. Rude and uncommunitve. I understand they were busy but awful customer service.

The service department is absolute garbage. They are not capable of the most basic requests or relaying basic information about what is happening. I’d prefer to never visit the dealership again.
