If you have an appointment and take your vehicle in at that time there should be a mechanic there to work on that vehicle. I had an appointment for 9:00 and had to be taken home and picked up at 4:00 that doesn’t make sense to me. Let’s make it a little more convenient for the customers and try to get it right. I know it’s about the bottom line but customer service is a plus


Washing/vacuuming my car after oil change!

Love the comfy chairs that they have instead of the folding chairs some places have and the ladies room is always clean and well stocked.

I have always had excellent service from the sales staff through the management through the service staff with this company. I have been personally responsible for the purchase of at least five vehicles and cosigned for another and have never had a problem and would recommend this company to any of my friends or family 110%.

Great Service

Friendly staff. They have been a bit short handed recently, but everyone there I met was doing their best to meet customers needs. Please be a bit patient with them. Nice comfortable waiting area.

A vary not understanding place, my vehicle could of been fixed when it was in warranty but they bandage it up twice and 3 time when warranty was up they didn?t want to cover it now I?m spend money I shouldn?t have to, vary upset with the experience I have had there.

Worse service experience ever

Will never be back. Worse experience ever from a shop coming from a person who works in the auto industry. Took business elsewhere because they make sure your vehicle is denied for repairs from "their" warranty. No communication at all from service writer or service manager that took over my case. Ended up doing their work for them. Thankfully the green store that I got the van from gave me a loaner. Had the loaner for over 2 months.
