The express lane for oil changes is great! Since I was leaving on vacation the day I brought my car in for service, time was a major factor. Always very impressed with the fast service and friendly staff which is why I keep coming to Green Dodge to purchase my vehicles.

What a pleasure to be able to get local, hassle-free vehicle service! That's what I get every time I schedule to have routine maintenance work done on my Infiniti M37XS at Green Nissan. Associates are always friendly and courteous. The one thing I would suggest - I make my appointments online through their service department scheduling feature. It was noted that it would be a good idea for me to call and check to make sure that time was not already booked with other vehicle service that might slow down my service. Seems to me this could be monitored at their end to ensure that the time I'm scheduling is available. I got the impression that my online reservation was not in their "system" yet, even though I made it 2 hours before I arrived. Other than that, I am TOTALLY pleased with their level of service. THANKS!

I have purchased 2 vehicles myself from Alvin Robinson. My family combined I believe ha e purchases 6 from him. I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a great vehicle.

I went in for a lube, oil change and filter. The mechanic said I probably should have the brake fluid flushed and changed as well as the steering fluid. The truck has 167,500 some miles, and neither has ever been done, so I thought what the heck, and had both done. The total for everything was $287.31.

Alvin Robinson was extraordinary. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a no pressure buying experience. I walked in looking for numbers, I drove away in a new car.

I have always owned cars in the past but have been wanting a truck for some time. I went to Green Dodge last week and worked with KC. We found a truck that met my wants (and needs) and worked a deal. My kids were thrilled as they went to the dealership with me to pick up my new Ram 1500. That is all my son is talking about now. Thanks to KC for making it happen!

I had some work done on my twelve year old Intrepid a few weeks ago, which included having a mirror control switch replaced, air conditioner worked on, had a complete checkup of everything on the car and had it detailed, including having the faded head light lenses brought back to great condition. I was very satisfied. Yesterday I had brakes done. While there I mentioned that I had a rattle since the mirror switch was replaced. It was immediately checked out and taken care of. The staff is friendly. All in all, a good experience.

Compared to some past car-buying experiences, this purchase from Green was very agreeable. My contacts were virtually all with my salesman, who I loved. He was charming, knowledgable, and with great people skills. The negotiations were without stress or pressure. Everything was ready for me when they said it would be. The sales "paperwork" went quickly without speeches or pressure to include additional options. I will recommend to my son that he shop for his new car here early next year. I will return here when I need another car.

Love working with Alvin and it's great to deal with a sales organization that is quick to fix issues. Green Subaru has proven to be a trustworthy vendor through our second new car purchase there--and we love the Subaru!

Pam Dugan, George Minor, and the Dodge service people always get it right. Everything they have done for me over the years has been OUTSTANDING. Recently, they detailed my Dodge Ram truck (162,000 miles). It looks like a new truck. Will always trust these folks with our vehicles.
