How many fake reviews are they posting here themselves to attempt to improve their reputation and score-pathetic. Last guy that they hired had his own shop years ago, filed bankruptcy and tried to steal customers cars.

Such a horrible experience with the service department at

Such a horrible experience with the service department at Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda dealership that I vow to never spend another dime on anything bearing the Ray Skillman name. Two and a half month of guesswork and throwing parts at a problem they improperly diagnosed. Took the vehicle to a skilled mechanic that was able to rectify the problem without replacing any parts.

Such a horrible experience with the service department at Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda dealership that I vow to never spend another dime on anything bearing the Ray Skillman name. This is the best place to buy cars from!

This is the best place to buy cars from! Everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. Sales staff is very knowledgeable on Mazdas and management staff was great.

The most unprofessional sneaky sales people ever!

The most unprofessional sneaky sales people ever! We bought a brand new cx9 couple years ago went to trade in to a 2025 was told no problem, was told would not affect my credit as they would only run through Mazda credit! Lie they ran 6 times cost me 5 points only say Mazda said no and they found another lender but they wanted extremely large down payment? We have a car payment with high interest and pay over 1000.00 monthly never been late and have a fairly new trade in but not good enough for them! Franklin the sales person assured my husband he lied they are awful i would never trust or buy from them! They mark everything up and make promises they can't keep! Their in house financing wouldn't even take the loan and we've never been late on a payment Done forever with them this stress after surviving Cancer is awful,Shame on them!

This was my second time leasing through this dealership.

This was my second time leasing through this dealership. Mikayla was great and handled most of the communication through text which made it very easy for me with my schedule. Mikayla and Franklin are super friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Love my new Cx-5 !

It was coo when I first got my car it run no problems

It was coo when I first got my car it run no problems then 4 months later gasket ok coo suppose ro be a week long four months later an I still don't have my car yea they gave me a loner but it's no better then the trash I got out of when I went to them. So I've called at least once a week for info an now it's either no answer or something else is wrong with it or they got the wrong part my car have been with them since July 9th it October 30th just tried to call again to service an all it do is go to voice mail

I would like to give a big shout out and thank you to Savannah Hamilton.Not only is she a great saleswoman she's an all around great person.She loves her job and helping people,we talked for quite a while getting everything ready to sign my contract.She also took some pictures of me and my husband after we made our purchase and we will cherish those pics.She is such a people person with a great attitude for her job and life in general.Give that lady a raise ☺️

Mikayla was great.

Mikayla was great. Have been to a lot of dealerships and Northeast had been the only one that took the time to go through all the features of the car, never felt rushed, and are willing to work with your needs. Offered me the best deal. Would recommend. 10/10.

My wife Amy Lewis had put a request on a Vehicle.

My wife Amy Lewis had put a request on a Vehicle. Austin immediately got in touch her asap. Scheduled an appointment for a day that was convenient for us. Drove from Cincinnati to look at this Vehicle. The dealership made everything super smooth. I couldn't get over how easy everything went. Place was super clean, and professional.
