It was coo when I first got my car it run no problems

It was coo when I first got my car it run no problems then 4 months later gasket ok coo suppose ro be a week long four months later an I still don't have my car yea they gave me a loner but it's no better then the trash I got out of when I went to them. So I've called at least once a week for info an now it's either no answer or something else is wrong with it or they got the wrong part my car have been with them since July 9th it October 30th just tried to call again to service an all it do is go to voice mail

I would like to give a big shout out and thank you to Savannah Hamilton.Not only is she a great saleswoman she's an all around great person.She loves her job and helping people,we talked for quite a while getting everything ready to sign my contract.She also took some pictures of me and my husband after we made our purchase and we will cherish those pics.She is such a people person with a great attitude for her job and life in general.Give that lady a raise ☺️

Mikayla was great.

Mikayla was great. Have been to a lot of dealerships and Northeast had been the only one that took the time to go through all the features of the car, never felt rushed, and are willing to work with your needs. Offered me the best deal. Would recommend. 10/10.

My wife Amy Lewis had put a request on a Vehicle.

My wife Amy Lewis had put a request on a Vehicle. Austin immediately got in touch her asap. Scheduled an appointment for a day that was convenient for us. Drove from Cincinnati to look at this Vehicle. The dealership made everything super smooth. I couldn't get over how easy everything went. Place was super clean, and professional.

Original dealer of "bait & switch" estimate for tires.

Original dealer of "bait & switch" estimate for tires. Last month I blew a tire. I prefer to take my vehicle to the dealership because they know what they're doing (or so I thought). I authorized a tire replacement $280. I was really clear that I work in a jail and cannot be reached; to please call my spouse. Staff did not read that (written CLEARLY on the drop off envelope). So Jessica texted & left voicemails. She went ahead and put the tire on. I received a video of my remaining tires (which 2 needed replacing). Again, Jessica calls & texts my number instead of the one we REQUESTED. She quotes $860 (buy 3, get 1 + alignment & balance free). I call to approve it, but the price is now $1600! Jessica is NEW & misquoted. Ray Skillman won't honor the quote. Pretty shifty. If they aren't going to honor quotes, maybe Jessica shouldn't have been left on her own to do them. Ray Skillman wouldn't honor a quote they gave me. That's on them, not me. Unless they honor the quote, I will continue to tell me story. Bait & switch shouldn't be tolerated, nor celebrated, but it is at RAY SKILLMAN MAZDA on Shadeland.

I had an wonderful experience with Jordan and Nick.

I had an wonderful experience with Jordan and Nick. They really showed me that they cared about getting me in an vehicle. They both went to back for me and I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely be referring people to Ray Skillman Northeast.
