Worked With Jason Buck at Wetzel, outstanding experience

Worked With Jason Buck at Wetzel, outstanding experience with Jason and his finance team. Its been along time since we have worked with a dealership that made us feel like customer service was important. Highly recommend this dealership. They found the car we wanted and went and picked it up overnight and the whole experience was fast paced and didn't take all day to complete, they valued our wait time and explained everything start to finish thoroughly. This is now my go to dealer as long as this team is in place.

Worked With Jason Buck at Wetzel, outstanding experience with Jason and his finance team. Bought vehicle new from there.

Bought vehicle new from there. At 55000 Jeep was losing oil ,i also bought the extended warranty!! My Jeep engine is trashed , they have had it since March 5 2025 , it's now April 27 2025 still no Jeep, neither warranty, factory or extended will fix the engine they say it's my problem. The mechanic at Wetzel told us it's a defect in the engine and doesn't understand why they won't replace it. I have lost my income , and could possibly lose my job. They don't care , won't return calls and they still have my jeep with no engine in it. I still owe on it and I can't work because they have my jeep. DONT TRUST THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED ! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEY DONT CARE !

Best dealership around our area

Ordered and new 2022 Dodge Challenger in January it arrived at the dealership the beginning of April. As the time approached for the car to arrive we did have some concerns but we were reassured that everything was going to be okay We were very pleased with the Challenger when it arrived. Thanks to the great team work of Jason Buck and Tom Kiser to get this done. If you are ever in the need of a new or used vehicle I would recommend Wetzel Chrysler Jeep and Dodge.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I was in contact with 3 different employees and yet not one of them would help me in what I was needing. I can understand handing me off to a salesman from the manager, but hearing from a completely different lot is unacceptable. Unless you're waving around handfuls of money or wanting to buy the biggest, most expensive thing, don't bother, you get pushed aside and marginalized.
