This has been the worst experience with buying my first

This has been the worst experience with buying my first new car…I will never buy a car or deal with Nissan service department again… if I could drop this car off outside and b done with them I def would…I don’t how they r one of the best non luxury cars lol but u go to BBB and they only have one star reviews I don’t think I seen even 1 two star review…service department is the worst I’ve ever been to and they are unprofessional and rude. Don’t do there job…got my car back and they had it for 8 days and said when I called because they didn’t call me to say anything 1 time n 8 days that it was tore apart n the air when I called in day 8 like I need to kno what’s up been w/o a car for 8 days and they said oh come get a “borrow” car and I get there and supervisor comes out and says well we drove it everyday and can’t simulate the problem…so u had it for 8 days for nothing and was it up n the air tore apart or did u drive it everyday? He said yes…yes what u had it tore apart n the air and drive if everyday? Anyway since I’ve gotten it bck it sounds like crap is so loud and making way more noises like the suspension is about to fall out…sounds seriously like crap…I will never buy another car from Nissan or deal with them and will b trying to trade this car n asap…thanks for screwing me nissan…over and over 🙄😓

I have bought many cars.

I have bought many cars. Normally walking out of a dealership leaves me at least a little agitated. This was the quickest, smoothest deal I have ever made when buying and trading a car. Doug was amazing and a genuine pleasure to work with.

I'm in a bad situation and had a very hard time getting

I'm in a bad situation and had a very hard time getting financed. Other dealers turned their nose up at me, I wasn't worth their time. One other dealer was happy to get me financed on high-priced cars at huge interest rates....this is how consumers end up in trouble. But it wasn't like that at Beau Townsend. I found the car I'd been looking for on their website, but they are over an hour away. Salesman Neal was friendly and helpful, took the time to show me the features I was interested in on the car, and Tom in finance worked hard to get me a deal. Happily, there was no xx when I arrived at the store....they had the car waiting for me and the deal was ready to be signed. I'm very happy with my new car, and with how this business treated me.

Had a great experience with jen and makayla from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to other people who wants to sell there vehicle. They were in touch with me and made me feel that I was i priority. I will absolutely call either one of the these ladies when I want to do business again.

The experience was very enjoyable from my first online

The experience was very enjoyable from my first online contact with Sierra Jones about helping me remove the drama from buying a truck. She promised That she'd work hard, and she did! We didn't need camping gear either while negotiating. Things moved along fairly quick! Sierra goes above and beyond to treat people right. That's not a learned trait, in my experience, so much as it's the nature of a person. Thanks so much, we appreciated your energy & enthusiasm! (I've been to other dealer's where I felt I needed to check everyones pulse...) Helen Smith in Finance was also very kind, pleasant, and very professional. She moved things along and all the while chatting with us. Thanks to you for a good day! And also, the Sales Manager, Mark Eysoldt, who kept everything smooth and professional. The vibe of the place felt right. Mark is a confident but not at all pressure driven. Thanks for the experience!

Jason DellAria was fantastic seeing to our needs!

We were needing to downsize from our truck to a smaller car and Jason DellAria was super helpful and very friendly! He went over and above normal to get us into the car we wanted. The first night that we had our Kia Soul our battery died, when we went back Jason had a new battery installed! Awesome service and follow up.
