Overall, was a great deal. However, they originally ran the wrong numbers, salesman couldn’t tell us what the total amount financed and interest rate was, and then was pushing to blindly sign on a car payment that was greater than $50 more than the car payment amount that it should have been for the total amount financed. On top of this, we set up an appointment and were made to wait around 1.5 hours until the salesman was finished working another deal. Mind you, they had taken the keys to our car to appraise it for 1.5 hours … even though it was a decent deal on the trade in and car purchased, I probably wouldn’t choose to go back.

Truck was supposed to be done Friday. I said I'll be out of town I will get Monday on way to work. Went Monday couldn't find truck keys or paperwork after half an hour found out they had not started it.

Smedley seems to be a good dealership with a good service department. I have purchased three or four vehicles from here over the last 30 years

When I pulled into the lot a friendly salesperson greeted me within a few minutes. The deal I received was not the highest or lowest price, but it was certainly fair. I wanted to buy a car without a bunch of nonsense and stress. That's exactly what happened here. I will return to this dealer when I'm ready to buy again.
