Traveled over an hour to look at a car but somehow it

Traveled over an hour to look at a car but somehow it disappeared overnight. They show me an other car. Test drive was great but there was miscommunication and they charged me more then I thought we agreed on. Half way going home the car breaks down. Cost me $1400 to have them fix a valve and it took a month or so to find the part. I have the car for 2 days or so the blower goes out and oil if leaking out of the car. I drive all the way back so they can replace the blower about just over $330 but they fixed the gasket for free. Now it's driveable but the blower won't blow on the high setting going to have to figure that out next. I personally wouldn't recommend getting a used car here. The car does have 140000+ miles but I guess they don't really check them thoroughly.

Lost my key.

Lost my key. Replacement is still outstanding. No eta. Not requiring me to pay but is not a mistake they should be making. Now have to waste several hours of my time to get keys reprogrammed.

My experience on Monday was awesome!

My experience on Monday was awesome! I picked up my car from the collision repair center. Jan and Dan(?) were both fantastic, as they are during all my interactions with them. I realized there was an issue with my tire sensor before pulling off and Dan took action right away to figure out what the issue was. After he and another staff member checked out the car and explained what the issue was, Dan walked me over to the service center and the gentleman there was a rockstar as well. (Not sure of his name.. had short black hair). I left my purse in my car during all the moving around and he brought it to me after the service was complete. I was quoted about an hour for the service and it was done within about 30 minutes. 10/10 customer service! The Smedley’s team continuously exceeds my expectations!!

Very nice people, the dealership was very accommodating

Very nice people, the dealership was very accommodating while I tried to get my car towed to Charlotte NC. Justin, from Used car lot was extremely helpful in getting my paperwork and ensuring my car was loaded on to the transporter
