The check engine light on my 2022 Ram came on and it was running on 7 cylinders. Its under warranty so I called to setup an appointment to get it looked at. I was told it would be 3 weeks to get it checked out. Unexceptable.

My goal was to buy a heavy duty truck and trade one in the process. I was treated fairly including installation of parts not available for immediate install at time of purchase within a week after the sale. Nice service and communication Charlie!
