Outstanding experience!

Outstanding experience!!! I we t in to get and estimate for a buy out and ended up getting the exact vehicle I wanted!!! They even brought the vehicle to me from a different lot!!! Absolutely wonderful staff!!!!

Charlie Huffman was our salesman and he was excellent. He took his time explaining everything and worked with us to get us in a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Highly recommend Charlie

DO NOT GO HERE!

DO NOT GO HERE! The service department is absolute garbage. They broke my center caps 5 months ago. They ordered me a replacement set, but they wouldn’t fit my rims. I didn’t take them, so they said they would write me a check. For the last couple months they keep telling me they are waiting to be refunded for the wrong center caps so that they have the cash to pay me back. I will never set foot in another Ron Lewis establishment, nor will I ever buy another Dodge/Chrysler from any dealership unless somebody tries to make it right. Also they will harass you after you go there. Calling you, and begging you to specifically give them a 10 star review. I have been going in there for 3 years. I was going to buy my next truck from them. I figured maybe they were just making mistakes, but that they would make things right if I was loyal. WRONG!! I know I’m an idiot for that. Other problems over the last couple years… They told me I needed a new air filter when I had just replaced it, they installed a clock spring improperly, they added an extra 2000 miles to my next service sticker, they tried to up-sell me when I needed warranty work, they overfilled my oil. Also when I had broken manifold bolts. One person told me they replaced 3 of them with OEM bolts, and immediately after someone else told me they replaced all of them with bolts that wouldn’t break again. Also it takes an hour or 2 just to get an oil change
