Schedule for oil change and rotation of tires spent 1 hour and half to find out that they didn’t have oil filter and hadn’t even done anything was told it was being aligned. I just took my Jeep back won’t return to this dealership

Purchased my second vehicle there 3 weeks ago.
Purchased my second vehicle there 3 weeks ago. Salesman Tim Cox was fabulous both times. The car has transmission issues, probably why it was traded in. I took it to service, not a super friendly staff but they did look at it. 2 days, told me "can't find anything wrong with it". Picked it up and transmission issues right away. I had asked to speak to the sales manager to see if I have an option to trade it for something else, but he wasn't in and didn't call me. I guess I'm stuck with a vehicle that I'm paying for monthly that I can't trust to drive safely. Very frustrating when you are told "nothing is wrong" when you know there is. Highly recommend salesman but not dealer.
Bought the car anyway
I travelled 100+ miles to this dealership twice looking at a car I found on Autotrader and Cars.com. It was the car, color and features I wanted and had a "Great" price. We were made to feel like second rate customers by the sales and finance people the entire process as they kept telling us how they were not making any money and/or losing money on this deal. The car had been sitting there over two months so tires were very buckled. They didn't want to change them because it was already "underpriced". If I could have found that car elsewhere, I would have surely dumped them.

Called last minute for maintenance and they were awesome. Had planned on dropping off and leaving it but they were done in 90 minutes. Awesome!

Guy Petrie is a superb salesman.
Guy Petrie is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He spent 45 mins doing an extremely careful virtual examination of the used truck I eventually bought. He even drove it around for a while just to make sure it was in good shape before I drove 10 hours for the in-person visit. He spent another two hours with me on the day of purchase, answering every question and ensuring I was not surprised by anything. He is honest, well-informed and low-key. When I had some trouble with Android Auto just after I left the dealership for the long trip home, he drove about 10 minutes to my location, figured out it was the usb cable's fault, and gave me his to keep.
