I brought my Jeep in to get serviced for a couple of reasons... one of them being that the radio switches from Serius to Media by itself every time there... is a Bluetooth in the car. Looks like I paid $130 for a diagnosis, when as far as I can tell, the problem was just that I needed an update. I called them 24 hours ago to see what all contributes to $130 bill for such a simple diagnosis. I spoke to a woman who took down all of my information. She said someone would call me back shortly. I gave them a day, still no call. Maybe there’s a simple explanation for it, I guess I’ll never know. Had I known it would cost me $130 to be told that I needed to pay for an update, I would have just skipped the service call altogether and continued to turn off my Bluetooth when I’m listening to serius. This just rubs me the wrong way. That being said, I really do love my jeep from Overland Park, KS.

The service writer was AMAZING!!! He made the entire experience! Love this dealership, they treat you great no matter why you are there. They don’t care... if I am spending $5, asking a free question or spending $25,000. Just FANTASTIC!

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went... through here is proof in the pudding. I had recently taken my vehicle to a Firestone for an oil change. While working on my car they spotted a nail in one of my tires and wanted to remove the nail and patch the tire for me. However, they were unable to remove the tire since it was equipped with a special 'locked' lug nut. I did not have possession of the key to remove this special lug nut. I had to take my vehicle to Performance (where I purchased it new 2 years earlier) since they would have the lock to remove the lug nut. After all they decided to put this 'locked' lug nut on to begin with. I never asked for the vehicle to come with these special locked lug nuts and the salesman never told me about this unique circumstance. (Not being upfront is kind of shady) I asked them to replace the special lug nuts with regular standard lug nuts. Somehow these standard nuts cost $8.25 a piece. Talk about high margins! However, Performance then told me they couldn't remove the nail and do a basic patch because of where the nail was lodged into the tire. The only option was to REPLACE THE ENTIRE TIRE. Give me a break! Firestone told me a couple hours earlier they could do a patch on the tire. Obviously I declined Performance's 'recommendation'. After regular lug nuts were put on to replace my special ones I took my vehicle back to Firestone. They were able to remove the nail and patch my tire no problem at all!! Moral of the story: Performance LIES!!!
