Absolutely awful dealership ran by Ted Johnson , the hot head who sends mass letters to customers homes weekly to get you to buy another car. They don’t honor things they say and will lie straight to your face . Avoid this dealership, they love to sell cars but hate to provide service .

Horrible service department and aggressive sales tactics
Horrible service department and aggressive sales tactics trying to get you in the door every few years . Avoid at all cost they won’t leave you alone , then they won’t provide the service THEY give you. Was given 4 free oil changes and was a nightmare trying to cash in the last one

Service at PCJD is always excellent. Good communication about what they are doing. The service techs send small videos by text if they discover any issues. Very helpful.
