I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Brighton Ford in Brighton, Colorado, and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of professionalism and care that went into the entire process. My initial interaction was through the Internet with Matt, a salesman at Brighton Ford. From our first conversation, Matt was incredibly pleasant, straightforward, and very helpful. I mentioned that I was willing to fly into Colorado to inspect the vehicle and complete the purchase, and Matt went above and beyond to ensure everything would be ready upon my arrival. He worked with the manager and finance team to set up a smooth, efficient process, leaving only the final verification of the vehicle when I arrived. Upon arriving, I met with Frank, the sales manager. There were a few minor issues I wanted the dealership to address, and Frank was extremely transparent and accommodating. He handled my requests promptly and professionally, ensuring that every concern was addressed to my satisfaction. Finally, I worked with Kyle in the finance department. By the time I reached this stage, the transaction was seamless. Kyle made the paperwork process simple and efficient, thanks to the groundwork laid by Matt and Frank. Everything was handled with precision, making the overall experience exceptionally smooth. Brighton Ford is a dealership that stands out for its transparency, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! I have been in the transportation industry for over 45 years and have never experienced this type of lackluster customer service. My F250 has been in their shop for over a week and absolutely no verbal communication with me, only vague insincere text messages. I’m totally disgusted with this dealerships lack of customer service. FORD SHOULD REMOVE BRIGHTON FORD AS A ARTHORISED DEALER!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! I have been in the transportation industry for over 45 years and have never experienced this type of lackluster customer service. My F250 has been in their shop for over a week and absolutely no verbal communication with me, only vague insincere text messages. I’m totally disgusted with this dealerships lack of customer service. FORD SHOULD REMOVE BRIGHTON FORD AS A ARTHORISED DEALER!

No Customer Service
We held a car at this dealership that is coming in first week of May but went by the dealership to look at a few other cars and maybe grab something a bit sooner. The sales people at this dealership were rude at best. The had one car we had called about pulled around but didn't ask us any questions, didn't offer to let us drive just unlocked it and said "I'm going to go look at your trades" and disappeared for at least 40 minutes - leaving us sitting outside with our three kids in the sun just waiting on him to come back around. We asked if we could drive it and they just wanted to see our other trades. Everything was cold, abrupt, and just flat out rude. They didn't care about us as people even a little bit. On top of that - the dealership was dirty! Rusty nails, cigarette butts on the ground, bottle caps everywhere - so while my three kids were stuck outside they couldn't even get down and run around because the place was not even safe. We bought a car somewhere else and will never be back to and will never recommend Brighton Ford. One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had! They lost our deal (and the money we had on reserve for a car).

Broken promises
I have purchased 3 vehicles from brighton ford. I had great purchasing experiences all 3 times. Apparently that is where the customer service ends. The last vehicle I purchased had free lifetime oil changes that came with it. The last oil change I was informed that they were canceling the program ( its in the contract somewhere that they can cancel at any time). Im now having an issue with the vehicle and they can't get to it for 3 weeks. If I continue to drive the vehicle and it does damage they will not cover it as a warranty issue. So im without the vehicle until they get to it. Big new building project. No money to cover the promises to loyal customers

Excellent Attention to Detail
Brighton Ford was easy to work with, great at finding the exact car that I was looking for, and made sure that everything was perfect. We enjoyed the experience so much that my dad bought his own new Explorer from Brighton Ford the following week. Thanks for your care and customer service.

From Quick Lane to All Day Wait Lane
Used to provide exceptional service. Now there is basically a very limited poor service environment. Last Sat (5/29) waited for 20 minutes for someone to approach-no one did (they used to). Went inside and was informed because it was Memorial Day weekend, couldn't expect service to begin for 4 hours so I left. Observed apathy and little interest from most of the employees. Lots of standing around and no energy. Tried again this morning. Informed it would be 2 and 1/2 hours before my oil change would even begin. (Noting again the apathy and lack of interest by all of the employees), so I left. I live in Longmont and for years have driven my Ford F-150 in for service and always gave Brighton Ford a 5-star rating. Brandi (I guess no longer works there?) was simply exceptional. Greeted my enthusiastically and took care of all my concerns immediately. Her follow up was always friendly, professional, and sincere. The employees all seemed energetic and worked diligently to ensure my vehicle was completely taken care of ( no apathy then-all great employees). There service "was" so exceptional that I always drove my vehicle from Longmont to Brighton based on that superior service. That is no longer the case. Based on the current demonstrably poor service I have now experienced two weeks in a row, I will take my business elsewhere. What a profound disappointment.

My truck was in for a service and tire rotation. Even though they were short handed at the time, they were able to get my truck in and taken care of in a very timely matter.I will continue to use Brighton Ford as my go to place.
