I have taken my F-150 to Brighton Ford since I bought it at Brighton Ford. I will continue to let the professionals at Brighton Ford service and change... my oil. They always top off fluids and recommend any repairs needed, but are not pushy to get the repairs done unless it is a safety issue. They are always timely with the service or repairs for my truck. I am happy to recommend Brighton Ford for service or repair of your vehicles.

Ford - oil changes, brakes, replaced transmission, new tires, alignment, ..... They have always been very professional, honest, competitively priced and knowledgeable.

For the better part of Covid the slot would not take anything off of vehicles pricewise. Once they started discounting the vehicles now it seems like they... just lowball you on your trade offered me $6000 less than Longmont Ford did
A vehicle wash would be nice before vehicle returned to Custer after service completed.

My car had a 3,000 mile/ 90 day warranty. It had some issues fueling and the gas gauge was incorrect. I tried calling for a month before anyone could help... me with this issue. I scheduled a service appointment online. They called to reschedule. I rescheduled online. When I got there they didn’t know I was coming and I had to wait 50 minutes for a loaner car. 2 days later they said it was all fixed. It wasn’t. I ran out of gas even though it said it was half full. I scheduled another appointment online. I called to make sure They new I was coming. On my way there they called to reschedule because the technician was on vacation. I told them I didn’t care how long it took and that they needed to fix it. When I got there, they said they could reschedule me a week later and they didn’t have a loaner car for me. I live 100 miles away and said I would take it to someone else. They replaced the part twice, once before I got it, and it still doesn’t work. They are not good at repairs. Do not go here. They were also very rude about it all.

When I missed/forgot my appointment I called the next day to schedule another appointment and mentioned that I forgot about my scheduled appointment. ... Kyli assured me that it happens it's ok and rescheduled for the next week. Kyli handled the recall service for my truck very professional.
