    From the moment we stepped in the dealership, we could tell this was going to be a different experience in car buying. We, felt like we were family. We appreciated the professional and personal care of all our car buying needs... from the knowledge about the vehicle, test drive, and financing to introducing us to the service manager before we left with our new car.     I stopped by Dave Gill hoping to buy a late model used car. Despite some financial challenges and other problems, I walked out with a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruze. I absolutely love it. The team worked with their banks to get me an excellent deal. I couldn't believe it. Shane Pulley talked me through the process, explaining the warranty and features of the car. He knew the answers to all of my questions. I was especially pleased with his positive attitude. Shane along with the whole team worked hard to make me happy. Most importantly, I got a great car at a fabulous price. My expectations were far exceeded. I would recommend all of my friends and family to visit Dave Gill. You will leave with a smile on your face.

    Today while trying to change the oil on our 2014 cruze the oil pan plug stripped out. We took it to our local Chevy dealer at Dave gill Chevrolet and I must say was the worst experience I've ever had. The woman who was supposed to help us was rude not empathetic and quite frankly shouldn't have a job anymore. She was upset about having to work on a Saturday, which in this situation is not my concern. Her matter of fact attitude about our problem was plain disrespectful. She basically told us if we didn't like it we could go elsewhere. I don't know if this dealership is hard pressed to find help but this woman's customer service skills were the worst I have ever encountered. She at one point told me I was being disrespectful because I was upset that this cheap bolt installed ony oil pan stripped ....this was only the second time we've changed the oil in this car. That's right 2 oil changes and the bolt strips out...that doesn't sound much like american steel to me. Oh and to top it all off we ended up paying $110 for an oil change because of a junk bolt Chevy installs on this vehicle. The woman who was helping us was Penny .....by far the number one worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I understand, after speaking with you, you feel the issue with the drain plug should be covered by General Motors due to poor quality.
