Tracey is amazing!
Tracey is amazing! A while back she sold my parents a Saturn Aura and she was great. She was friendly and welcoming and a great listener. When I decided it was time for me to buy my first car we thought of Dave Gill and hoped that maybe Tracey was still working there and could help us once again. As it turns out she was working and she came right up to us and remembered the car my parents bought and reconnected. Then she helped me find the perfect car. I’m a very tall person and other dealers didn’t have patience and so forth to test cars out with me. I honestly feel as though Tracey would make it her mission to find a car GM or other brand that I would fit in and feel comfortable driving. Tracey is definitely a special dealer. She cares about the clients. She builds strong relationships and she’s one special dealer. You don’t often find someone as amazing and committed to you as Tracey is. I highly highly recommend her.

There’s one word I can think of that describes Tracy,
There’s one word I can think of that describes Tracy, “AWESOME “. I had multiple phone calls and texts with Tracy (who always got back to me very quickly) to find out if she truly had the car I have been looking for for two months. So I got into my existing Chevy bolt and traveled 145 miles south to Dave Gill Chevrolet and was greeted with a big smile by Tracy ,even before I got in the door. This wonderful lady worked her butt off,( not really just a figure of speech ) to take care of us while we were in the process of buying a car. To my surprise she had already enrolled me with OnStar and applied with GM for a $500 veterans discount, and had signed me up with EVgo for $500 credit for a future charging. Oh by the way in case you’re wondering Tracy sold us a very beautiful 2023 Chevy bolt EUV and we love it. So if you plan to call or stop by Dave Gill Chevrolet, I highly recommend you ask for Tracy Saura. Not only is she a wonderful sales person, but she is a blast to talk to and very energetic. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Gill
I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Gill Chevrolet and Tracey Saura. There are actually four or five Chevrolet dealerships closer to my house than Dave Gill, but I will gladly drive past them to work with Tracey and the team here the next time I need a vehicle. Tracey was just wonderful to work with — she was authentic and straightforward, incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, attentive to my needs and genuinely interested in getting me in a new car. I never once felt pressured or like she was hiding something from me. Tracey is also clearly intelligent and knows exactly what she is talking about, which I appreciate. As a bonus, she is also really funny and easy to talk to. The entire team at Dave Gill was wonderful, including their finance manager (Lisa) who was super helpful and also easy to work with. I showed up at Dave Gill about an hour before they closed, thinking I was only going to start a conversation and MAYBE test drive a vehicle. I offered to leave and come back on Monday, and they would not have it. Several staff members were there an hour and a half past close so that I didn't have to make a second trip. Never once was I rushed, and Tracey was still so thorough with me. Their general manager even washed my new car while I was signing paperwork because the staff who normally wash the cars already left. Overall, I'm super impressed and can't recommend Dave Gill Chevrolet and specifically Tracey Saura enough.

Slippery Dealership
I called got a purchase agreement mentioned I have check they mentioned a bank check from Michigan is not accepted would need a cashier's check. I mentioned I would get that and would call within in 2 hours to purchase vehicle and arrange pick up or shipping. I call back and they said they sold the truck that someone was in the building buying the vehicle. This is no way to do business and then the finance manager lied to me stating they did not know I wanted the truck. Trickery and greed. All this took place within 3 hours.

Jason, We take seriously the strain low inventory availability has placed on consumers' shopping experiences. In this environment, we are determined not to sell vehicles "out from under" our customers, and we have instituted processes to prevent such an occurrence. In your case, we would have loved to sell you the vehicle, but we didn't know you had decided to buy it. From the few substantive phone conversations we had with you, we understood your decision on the truck proposal we sent had not been made and that it was contingent upon another vehicle you were considering and your credit union's ability to satisfy our requirements for out-of-state transactions. We had no indication from you that you had cleared away those contingencies and were ready to sign for the truck. So we didn't reserve it for you. When we alerted you over the phone to the fact that the vehicle had just been sold to a customer in the dealership, your response was a surprise. That said, it's part of our job to leave as little room as possible in our communications for assumptions by either party to take shape, and in this respect we could have done better. Had we made more clear that we would not hold the vehicle for you until you formally committed to buy it, we could have saved you a lot of frustration. We regret that things didn't work out and appreciate your feedback.
