I bought a car from Dave Gill it has an indentation down...

I bought a car from Dave Gill it has an indentation down to the metal on the hood I asked the salesperson Tracy Saura to repair it she became very angry I also told Tracy there was a loud noise coming from the engine she said she had to test drive my car which she did fast and aggressively and said she did not hear a noise. I did go to Dan Tobin to have the car assessed and they said it was the fuel pump I've been to the Dave Gill dealership at least three times yet they claim they don't have a record of me even coming in. They're all smiles and grins when you come in the dealership to buy. I don't understand why you can't a a dent in my car that I requested it be fixed when I purchased the car now you have amnesia. Buyers Dennis Hyundai have always have put their customers needs first why don't you? Also when I talk to Travis Handler I couldn't understand him he sounded like he was inside of a closet I could barely hear him when I asked him why can't I hear you and he wouldn't answer my question about a couple of my concerns he says he has no record of me ever coming to the dealership. Why did it take me so long to come in I told him after I came in I didn't feel safe at his dealership and I didn't like how I was being treated. They have been non apologetic and very unkind at Dave Gill to me

Rosalie, it would clearly appear we have not met your expectations since you purchased your Equinox from us in June of 2021. I’m sorry that you are upset about our actions after the sale. I’ve talked to our staff here and it would appear we tried to set you up with at least one appointment with our service department and our body shop to address the issues you brought up then and have listed here. But our records show you did not show up for these appointments. One of the key benefits of purchasing a GM Certified Pre-owned vehicle is the piece of mind knowing some of the issues like you described to us at the time will be covered. But of course our technicians will need to diagnose the issues first before any repairs can be done. As for the dent in the hood on the car, we are still willing to schedule you in to look at the damage and determine what can be done. Again, we’d like to make things right with you on your purchase if you are still interested in working with us further. I will reach out to you personally by phone as well. I also reported your dealership Dave Gill to general motors on 6-18 21 I told them my concerns about the vehicle that I purchased I didn't mention that the stereo didn't work correctly but I do have a a reference number for my claim and I can provide it I also reached out to general motors yesterday and have talked GM's Representatives about my case

I called the number 1877-338-5611 that Dave Gil listed as a response to my complaint to call the number is not in service it is a non-working number

I did go to Dave Gill for an appointment, it was early in the morning before work. I was at the dealership before they opened. I was then told to wait on service to open. I was told that there will be a loaner car for me to drive to work while my car was being serviced, The appointment was for the loud noise coming from coming from the engine.. The service department said that they didn't have a loaner car and that I could not be taken to work because it was too far away so I left because I had no transportation and that I was very late for work and that's when that's I decided that I would not to use Dave Gill service department . I called Dan Tobin's service department and have them look at the car for a assessment to find out what was wrong with the car and also to get an estimate on the chip and the other chips that was on the car.All I expected was dent on hood to be fixed on the car at Dave Gill and not be disrespected. I didn't expect to be treated in such a shabby manner I have been a car salesman at three different dealerships and I have always seen customers taken care. You also have to remember that I complained to the car salesperson about the dent before I left the car lot when we did the final walk around the car, not to mention that there was trash stuffed down in between the rear seats with a razor blade sharp side up. I have made numerous trips to your dealership I've made phone calls and nothing has ever happened
