Last Friday, I was sitting in the dealership, waiting area, waiting for my car’s brakes to be done and I thought I would look at the brand new Grand Jeep Cherokees I walked over to Phil’s desk asked him a few questions and within an hour made the decision to purchase a vehicle. Phil was not only knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions but was not your typical salesman. He made the experience so fun and relaxed that it made me feel like I’ve known him for years.

Videon lost my business for life with their petty,
Videon lost my business for life with their petty, short-sighted greed, charging 3% to pay for overpriced repairs using a credit card. The type of practice I would expect from a failing mom and pop hoagie shop, not a successful (apparently) business. After 15 years as a customer, I will never give them another dime.

My last few visits I felt rushed.
My last few visits I felt rushed. We have a few vehicles, new and leased. We bought a used Liberty fir my daughter and wanted a key added, alignment and the vehicle checked out and a report of all they think had been done to the vehicle and what may be needed in the future. They added a key, didn’t do alignment and I didn’t really believe they looked over the vehicle. Hence had another dealer check it and found a leaking water pump, that had been leaking for awhile. Contacted them stating I should at least be reimbursed the hour labor for checking the vehicle, but haven’t heard anything.

Excellent service today (state inspection, oil change) as always. Thank you to the ENTIRE Videon team for taking such good care of my car!
