I am very pleased with my sales person Mr.
I am very pleased with my sales person Mr. Bob Cox. I love my jeep which I had for 2 weeks. I had to call service a few times since I encountered problems with manual and automatic gears also with satélite radio set up and with lane assistance. Service Brian was rude and I didn’t help me with my problem. Didn’t even tried to guide me through the software. I will definitely call sales person Bob Cox for my husbands next jeep but will send him and everyone to service their jeep at the Downingtown location. Service customer service at Videon is poor.

The Best in Class
I have been buying cars for years and I will tell you there is no better dealerships in the world. Everything from phone calls to sales to the execution of the deal was the best experience I have ever ever had. The receptionists were wonderful. The were courteous and so caring. My sales experience was with Jose. Absolutely the best. I called and asked for an "out the door" price and when I got to the dealership, the price was exactly as he stated. There were no games, pressures or last minute switches. He totally help me with every aspect of pairing the phone and setting up UConnect. However, I am not technically versed and when I had a problem figuring out the Car Play settings. Mike from sales was present the next day and on the phone with me. He solved my problems and took care of everything very professionally and friendly . Finally, the site manager was superior. He offered expanded warranty coverage with no pressure and had all the paperwork work completed quickly and accurately with a smile. If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go. Their prices are honest and the staff is the best in class. Don't believe the pricing other dealerships who will state on the internet as being lower in price. I dealt with several and the reality was that the prices were not real when you went to get the "out of the door" price. Believe this dealership because they are just plain hones. I just cant say enough positive about this business.
