I dealt with 3 different people at Keim and all 3 were professional and personable. I never felt pressured or patronized! The used Colorado I purchased was exactly as portrayed on the internet and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate everything that Mike, Scott, and Mark did to make this transaction work! I might add that I had to drive 1:45 minutes each way to get to the dealership but it was well worth the drive!

Took my Traverse in b/c of a check engine light. The service department spent time and my money to figure out the problem and couldn't give a definite answer what it was. I expect if you take a car to a dealership that only works on Chevrolet they could diagnosis the problem and give me a solution. Dis appointed in the service department!
