We are very impressed with the communication the service

We are very impressed with the communication the service tech and Jesse had with us. Kept us informed of repairs needed. Will definitely recommend Fulkner BMW to others.

Awesome staff.

Awesome staff. Seth was a great salesman. Would definitely work with him again. My only recommendation is that financing and additional warranty options were provided before my scheduled pick up date so I would have more time to review.

After two months of attempting to repair a simple vent

After two months of attempting to repair a simple vent trim, about 4 issues and hold-ups along the way. Customer service guy even described the process as a ?nightmare? and ?cursed?. It was finally done. Customer service guy is not very congenial, helpful or apologetic. I think I?ll go somewhere where they can at least act happy to see me.
