I do not recommend them, they are not responsible for the damage they cause to cars in my experience, I took my jeep gladiator for warranty because the rear differential on the right side was leaking oil and the third light on the rear door did not work, but I wanted them to check the transmission because when changing from park to reverse it would make a knock sometimes even when it was hot they send it to pick up the transmission, when they returned the jeep gladiator it had a small dent and superficial scratches around the jeep letters on the trunk door and on the letters, I complained to Christian from service he told me it was not them when I have video evidence of how the vehicle was before, he told me to take it to see the vehicle, he sent to polish the scratches because I kept insisting, because he said it was not them, the dent was still there, I did not want to go into details with the moment because it was obvious that he did not want to take charge of the dent, the scratches were removed because they were superficial but the superficial dent could not be fixed, he said he would send for and change the letters because the warranty covered it, when they notified me that the letters arrived I took a video before taking it, I took the jeep to replace the letters and to have the transmission replaced, when I went to pick up the car I inspected the trunk door and it was worse, they scratched it more, they removed small parts of the paint on the trunk door, I got upset and went back, I complained to Christian, I showed him the video, I explained to him that it was not like that, it looked as if they had removed the letters with a knife because of the scratches, some superficial, others deep, in some places the paint had been removed, (when the correct way to remove emblems and stickers is with a heat gun and a plastic putty scraper to avoid scratches or a spray to remove the remains of glue) I commented to him. Christian told me what do you want me to do? I told him to fix it well since that happened under his responsibility, he told me that he was going to call a body shop to have them inspect it and see what they can do, about a week goes by and I don't get a response, I proceed to call and contact a sales representative by email, I tell him what happened and he sends the complaint email to service to notify the correct person Christian, he calls me to tell me that he made an appointment with a body shop to take the jeep the next day, I tell him that the transmission did the same thing, when I took the jeep gladiator I also wrote him an email telling him the whole problem again he didn't answer me, when I go to pick up the jeep he returned it to me practically the same, the superficial scratches are gone but the deep ones are still there and some areas without paint, they tried to cover some with a pen or brush of the same paint really what you see is a streak of paint, they made a mess, you pass your finger and you feel the porosity of the scratches and of the paint, which proved to me again that he deceived me again, I did not take it to any shop because I have a photo of the pollution control and it was still the same, what they did was shine it right there at the dealer since it has wax residue around it, I complained and he told me that when they inspected it at the body shop that supposedly since it was small they did not recommend painting it because the paint was difficult to stain, I told him that I really did not want to take care of that arrangement since it was going to be expensive, (when what they really had to polish it with water sandpaper of 900 more or less until taking it to 3000 to smooth out the scratches and imperfections of the paint until polishing them with a wax polishing machine and to fix the dent they should have done the Procedure for removing dents with Awl Head paintless dent removal rods) that was what they were going to do in a shop if they had really taken it, but They didn't want to

This is NOT a reputable dealership!

This is NOT a reputable dealership! I took my Jeep here for an oil change. They returned it to me with a big scratch in the leather steering wheel. They refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. I will not return.

very helpful

I did not end up buying here as I bought closer to home but Geoff was very helpful, checked out the vehicle I was interested in head to toe for me to gauge the condition etc. he answered all my questions and even offered a good deal for me. I would not best to shop here in future.

Was hoping for a positive first-time experience

I took my 2017 Jeep Compass to this dealership this morning for its first scheduled oil change and inspection.  I bought it from a different dealership a little further away, less than a year ago.  I thought it would be quicker to go to Brubaker for routine service and inspections.  When I handed over my insurance and registration cards, I told the guy behind the counter (Kevin Smith shows as the Advisor on the invoice) that I have a  service plan that includes some oil changes.  I asked if he could see the service plan information on the computer system since I didn't buy the car there and he said if I have one, they'll see it.  He asked if I wanted the tires rotated and I asked him if they would need rotated yet, that the car only has 2,000 miles on it.  He didn't answer.  I waited 2 hours in the waiting room, which seemed long for a pre-scheduled inspection and oil change on a new car.  When I was handed the $178 invoice, I saw that I was charged full price for emission testing.  I asked if it was normal for them to do a full emission test on a car with 2,000 miles on it and he said no, but they did one and he said he could "knock like $5 off". Then I noticed that I was charged for the oil change so I asked him about that as well and he said there was no record of me having a service plan in the system and said maybe that was something I had to go to the purchasing dealership for.  That didn't sound right.   When I got home, I called the dealership that I bought the car from and asked about my service plan.  They confirmed that I have a Mopar Premier plan that includes 4 oil changes and that any Chrysler/Jeep dealership would be able to see it in their system.    I guess it is also normal for the tires to be rotated after 2,000 miles because there was a $25 tire rotation charge too.  That was my first and last time at Brubaker Chrysler Jeep, a very disappointing and expensive experience.  I'm just glad I found out how they operate now rather than later if a repair would be needed on the car.
